[ P E A C H Y ] Band work comin in hot!!! Do you have 10 minutes and a resistance band?? Then this booty building workout is for you!! This can be done absolutely anywhere!! At home, at the gym, on vacation, you name it! If you don’t have a resistance band yet, they are super inexpensive and you can get them right on Amazon! ( Hello Prime membership 👋🏼)
Booty work is one of my absolute favorites! Here’s the details on this killer workout. Trust me, you’ll feel the burn!
Toe taps: Place the band around your ankles. Keep a soft bend in the standing knee. On the working leg, tap your toe to the ground and lift your leg. Don’t swing your leg back, control your motion. Do 20 reps each side
Squat to side leg raise: Place the band right above your knees. Sit back into your squat, and when you stand back up, raise one leg out to the side. This works the outside of your 🍑 Do 20 reps on each side.
Squat pulse with squeeze: Keep the band around your thighs. Sit back to squat and add one pulse. Stand up and squeeze your seat at the top of your motion. Don’t skip this part! It’s important! Do 20 reps.
Walking side lunges: Keep the band around your thighs. Squat down low and walk side to side. Do 20 reps each side.
Diagonal toe taps: Keep the band around your thighs. Hinge forward (grab on to any surface- countertop, chair back) and place a soft bend in the standing leg. Point your back foot and tap the floor and lift the leg. Be sure not to arch your back here, keep your spine neutral. Do 20 reps each side.
Repeat for a total of 2 rounds (3 if you really want to 🔥 it up!)

I'm still just warming up my body from inactivity for 30 days. Keep it light & listen to your body... that said challenge and push yourself a little - you can do it!!! I used a 35lb Kettlebell here:

Here's a workout you can do at home. Recovery bands are SO versatile and can be used to add RESISTANCE to a workout as well as making exercises easier if you need support.
This workout has NO JUMPING and it focuses on SLOW and controlled movements. Repeat each individual exercise for 3 rounds OR add them into a circuit and do 3-4 laps:
✅ Tricep kickback - 10 reps
✅ Bicep curl - 12 reps
✅ Bent over row - 12 reps
✅ Static lunge - 20 reps (10 each side)
✅ Seated row - 12 reps
✅ Chest press - 10 reps
