Missing the stage a little extra today.
Haven't even streamed on Twitch lately because of quarantining and social distancing.
9 band members in a small compact room isn't ideal at the moment.
We may do some fun smaller streams soon. Acoustic covers, trivia, etc.
However when we get to have a full-band stream again, we will make sure you know when it's happening!
Here are 5 reasons you should start a business during times like these... 1. You have the time
2. You get to communicate with like minded folks
3. Low risk very high reward
4. You can start a business in just a few hours
5. You can "buy" Income Insurance (ask me what that means)
Today's reality: social distancing, staying home to stay safe, washing your hands a million times a day, wearing masks and gloves to protect ourselves (remember when we use to laugh at people for doing that), stressing out about making money + paying bills.
It's time to stop stressing out and start looking for a solution to your problem. DM ME!! Let me help you by showing you a solution that can give piece of mind to your current situation. #hopeful#moneymaker#moneymoves#familyfirst#hope#mission#staysafe#workfromhome#nevergiveup
Let your hopes not your fears, shape your future...

Felt like drawing and sharing something that felt good to make. A NAVY Mercy-class hospital ship arrived to NYC to provide humanitarian assistance and disaster relief to patients and health care professionals treating COVID-19 patients. It's docked in NY Harbor. The ship is 894 feet in length, can staff up to 1200 medical personnel, and carries one CT scanner, radiology suites, 12 operating rooms, 1000 patient beds, and 80 intensive care beds.

You're invited to Alternatives Pregnancy Center's Zoom Meeting!
Abortion clinics in the Sacramento area are still providing abortions, which is why we're still open, committed to staying available to anyone in need of hope and help.
Not only have we been scheduling mainly abortion vulnerable women, but we had a unique opportunity to help the community - and the News Media got wind of it! God has been doing so much at Alternatives in the past few weeks, and we're sure he is moving in your lives as well. And we realized:
We should do a catch-up meeting on Zoom, where we could all encourage one another, and where you could hear more about all God has done!
So join us on April 16th at 7 PM for a 45 minute update and Q&A!
This one-of-a-kind event will give YOU the opportunity to ask the questions you have about our ministry. We don't have many events like this, and we can't wait to hear what you have to say!
Some of the topics we'll be covering: - Q&A - Encouragement and Client Testimonials - Updates (like how we were on the news!) - and more!
At 7 PM next Thursday, click on the link that will be in our bio and join in the fun!
Our wounds do not need to define who we become. But often we allow these scars make our decisions for us.To a degree we are our scars. As they help shape and mold us.
They are part of us.But only a fraction of who we decide to inhabit.
We choose those
Nicole you have a receptive and kind heart. And I'm sure as you continue to push towards your goals. You will become stronger as an individual.Though sometimes it may be easier to drown ourselves in the moment.Dont allow your ambitions to dissipate due to the influence and judgment of others.I look foward to working with you.
Amidst the Covid 19 pandemic. The DNC continues to marginalize its impact on the election.By forcing people to endanger themselves to cast a vote instead of evolving to the circumstances. And yet they've sealed the fate of the country.By selecting an antiquated candidate and ignoring the future. In a sad attempt to hold on to the past.
I know how this story ends.On November 3rd 2020.America fades to the abyss. If her trajectory isn't shifted. And she will be in a perfect state of affairs for those ready to fill vacuum of geopolitical influence to step in.Fill America's void. These other countries dont believe in an inkling of Human Rights.
To her protectors. You're running out of time.Unless the goal is to watch her deteriorate.Nothing lasts forever.
“Here in the waiting I won’t worry about tomorrow. No need to focus on things I Can’t control. All my attention on the wonder of this moment. Jesus your presence is the comfort of my soul. There’s nowhere I’d rather be when you’re singing over me, I just wanna be here With You.”...
............ “Let all that I am be consumed with who you are, Oh the Glory of your presence what more could I ask for!” ............
On my wedding Day, I walked down the isle to a song called With You by Elevation Worship, you may ask wait why? Why didn’t you walk down to a traditional love song? Well my friend that is a love song. A love song to Jesus. Without him, my marriage wouldn’t be possible, let alone my life I owe it all to him. He lost his life so that You and I could live. Not just live but live life through him with the father. The God Of the universe, who loves us sooo much that he would give his only son for us to live. There’s no where I’d rather be , no place or area in my life that I want, without him. He’s the reason and source for life, kindness, love, joy, and peace and so much more. Sure times are confusing, and intimidating but remember that God is still on the throne and in control. He is still the same, yesterday, today and forever. The words he speaks through his word are still alive and powerful. God is bigger than anything we may face. I want to encourage you to draw close to him during this time. He’s waiting for you and there’s no place that can compare to being in his presence let him wash away every doubt, every imperfection, and every fear because he is the COMFORT of our soul and he is WITH US. Praying for this world and praying that God would encounter you in a mighty special way💗
I'm an author now and day two of my new profession feels pretty fantastic. And, I must say, the look and feel of PRETTY GOOD ADVICE is equally as wonderful. I can't wait for you to get your hands on your own copy. #prettygoodadvice

I’m officially including January 2020 as a part of 2019. Some things just need to be left behind. But, through all the ups and downs I have to admit that 2019 was good to me. Becoming a business owner.
Building a foundation for myself.
Creating positive relationships and ridding my life of toxic ones. It’s been one hell of a year✨
I’m proud. Not only of myself, but of those who’ve stuck with me and granted me a glimpse into their growth over the year, as they saw mine.

Rest. Right now I finally have an opportunity to do some deep healing, in multiple areas. The last three years have been a blur...perhaps I’ll write more on that topic at some point. I am not immune to the effects of the shutdown, none of us are. But for now, my family and I are ok and I’m finally able to take a deep exhale and remember how beautiful it is to rest. I don’t want to romanticize this time either...the jobs lost, the sick and dying, it is at times overwhelming. But in the midst of it, I find myself able to heal, reset and enjoy my kids and the outdoors again. We are in the process of planting a garden...something that’s been on the “to do” list forever. For these reasons, I’m extremely thankful. I hope that after we get through the next several months, as a society, we can give ourselves more time to rest, more time to just be human. How many more problems would we be able to solve if we were simply rested? Surely we would be more prepared, more empathetic, healthier...mentally, physically and spiritually. For all these reasons and so many more I declare that rest is beautiful!
"Parkinson disease is a cunning thief, slowly stealing a person’s ability to walk, talk, swallow and even smile." Our lovely friends at the Parkinson Association of Alberta are throwing their #StopAThief campaign 💙 We took part in "stopping a thief" by walking in their annual Step 'n Stride walk last year. We can’t even imagine how big of a battle Parkinson's disease is and we are truly proud to support such an amazing cause. #goodnewsyyc#here4yyc
“Stefi come stai affrontando la quarantena? Come ti senti?”
• registrazioni e fotografia
• attenzione a non ferire nessuno, a non esser fraintesa, ...
Ci vuole tanto. E ci vuole coraggio soprattutto: parlare dagli spalti è facile, giocare una partita è tutt’altra storia.
Fare tutto ciò mi riempie giornata e cuore.
That’s my #quarantine .
Come vi dico sempre #staystrong e andiamo avanti.
