I can’t believe it’s already October 1st! It still feels like July around here, can someone please tell the State of Texas to cool down??!! How’s the weather in your area? I’m sharing my girls’ favorite fall drink...fresh pressed apple cider with cinnamon sticks and fresh sliced apples. Thank you for stopping by.

This past weekend we had a little fall party to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and one of her favorite seasons. I baked a Brie with caramel sauce and pecans. I served it with honeycrisp apples. My daughter loved it and it was easy to make. I will be making it again on Friday for a Fall Martini Mixer. Have a great day and thank you for stopping by.
1 round Brie
handful of chopped pecans
1/4 cup of caramel (I used Torani Carmel sauce)
Add chopped pecans on top of the Brie. Bake the Brie in the oven (350°F) for 10 mins.
Remove from heat and drizzle caramel sauce on top.
