My perfect steak is a grass-fed ribeye, cooked on a cast iron skillet to a medium rare. Seasoned with fresh black pepper and grey sea salt to finish! .

Pumpkin sausage soup.. a whole new level of a food experience. It's thick and hardy. It has traditional pumpkin pie spices in it.. but you don't get the sweetness, just the warmth of the spices and the tingle that stays in your mouth. Its very much a savory soup even tho the the ingredients will fool you. And the aroma...Serious Thanksgiving vibes here. And we can't forget the smokiness from the smoked cheeses! I'll be enjoying this all season long.... بقلة بزيت الزيتون والبندورة من المطبخ الفلسطيني
Purslane (Arabic: baqleh or rijleh) olive oil stew in tomato sauce ( palestinian cuisine)
1/2 كوب زيت زيتون
بصله كبيره او اكثر مقطعه ناعم
كوبين عصير بندورة طازج او معلب
تنظف البقله( الأوراق والسيقان) من الحشائش وتغسل جيدا . ثم تفرم وتترك جانبا.
نضع وعاء الطبخ على النار ونضيف له زيت الزيتون والبصل المفروم
نذبل البصل على نار متوسطه
نضيف البقله المفرومه الى وعاء الطبخ مع التحريك حتى تذبل ... حوالي 5 دقائق
نضيف عصير البندورة ونترك الوعاء مغلق على نار متوسطه حتى تتسبك البندورة ثم نضيف القليل من الملح
Purslane is a clover-like herb that bears small, paddle-shaped, dark green leaves on its stems. It's incredibly nutritious & rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, more-so than some fish oils. It's extremely versatile & can be used in salads, soups, stews, or even as a topping to pizzas! This recipe however, is the simplest yet most delicious way of putting this green to use. The recipe highlights the delicious flavour of the purslane, which turns a little sweet after it has been cooked. This is an extremely simple recipe, but I promise you, it's the simplicity of each bite that will have you shovelling up a plate like this one, with some warm bread, in no time.
1 large chopped onion
1/2 cup olive oil
a bunch (1 Kg) of purslane
2 cups fresh or canned tomato juice
This is my favorite recipe for black forest cake for so many reasons: The chocolate layers are so moist, they will melt in your mouth, the combination of chocolate, cherries and soft whipped cream is to-die-for, and although it takes a few steps to make, each step is easy and simple to follow.
