Hazy Summit ⛰✨
When we reached the top of Mount William it was a mix feeling of enjoyment, relief, and excitement.
The hike was pretty gruelling, but the views and photos were well worth it in the end. Looking back, I would of definitely regretted not going, as these are the moments you remember most.
It took probably an extra hour getting up there as we were stopping for photos, and stopped to make a coffee haha.
Stay safe friends x

Though I feel like normal will never be normal again, we seem to be coming down from the peak and out of the trough.
I never thought spending 3 months in lockdown would provide such life learnings. Most important for me, these were:
1. The act of journalling, identifying your emotions, your thoughts and feelings and how they interact with your circumstances.
2. That practising gratitude and mindfulness enable us to live in the light,
3. The power of connection and communication with those we love.
4. That in times of crisis (actually any time!) routine, health, wellbeing and sleep are cornerstones of emotional resilience, and last but not least,
5. The challenge of taking comfort in uncertainty..
I know I will take these lessons on with me in the future! What did you learn from your time in lockdown?

📍Wat Rong Khun, Chiang Rai
After some serious cycling across the highway, we arrived at Wat Rong Khun. (Aka the White Temple.) Although the sun disappeared for a while, the sights were absolutely dreamy!

Penha Garcia is a beautiful village tucked away in the Center of Portugal. The village has a very special canyon where you can see fossils and explore old mill houses. If you decide to visit on hot summer day, don't forget to stop by Pego or a small natural pool. On the top of the canyon is perched a medieval castle and close to it the village church.

Una tarde caminando por las calles de Varanasi en India nos encontramos con unos niños que estaban jugando al bádminton y nos invitaron a jugar con ellos. Y ahí estamos esperando nuestro turno 😃
