It's a three ingredients Jam, preservative free with goodness of fruit .
Made the jam sometimes back...it's a very easy and healthy recipe to brighten up your breakfast table .The best thing is it's kids friendly, you know the ingredients well and can be kept in the freeze for atleast one-month. My LO enjoyed eating this and more than that he enjoyed stirring the jam while making it😊
Process is simple, wash and desseed the plum, heat a non-stick pan or khadai , pour the plums, add sugar (1:1) , if the fruit is sweet , you can adjust the sugar,keep on stirring in between, till the plum and sugar mixes well, add 2tspn lemon juice, mix well, till you get the desired consistency, switch off the flame, cool down the jam and fill in a sterilized glass bottle and refrigerate. And Enjoy with your favourite breads , cake ,biscuit or rotis😊
