Like many Turkish cities Kastamonu has a Kale or fortress, at the top of a hill. Like its brothers elsewhere it dates back ages, and has regularly been adapted to modern warfare. It can be climbed easily, on the way up (well, you can do it by car, and as usual then the road is a bit more dull) you pass through neighbourhoods with old houses and friendly people. From the top you have splendid views over the city and the surrounding country.
Kutla, a beautiful village in Parvati Valley. Accessible through the village of Tosh and a 3km trek from there. The trek is scenic, offering beautiful views of gushing waterfalls and snow-capped mountains. Worth visiting when you’re in Himachal Pradesh🏔🌸

Let’s talk about Cancun. Cancun is one of the destinations in Mexico that has opened its doors wide to tourism, but what that means is still a little murky.
Tonight im going live on IG with my friend and fellow writer, @mundera, who was on the ground in Cancun last week. He’s going to walk us through that experience and help clear up a few misconceptions. We’ll be chatting here on IG Live TONIGHT at 6pm EST. If you’ve got specific questions please send them my way!
And now for everyone’s favorite disclaimer: just because you *can* travel to certain places doesn’t mean you should. The United States is locked out of the majority of the world for a reason and that reason is we’re handling covid VERY irresponsibly. Please consider all you’re doing to help the global community and then think about if that vacation is actually necessary. Anyway....
There are a bunch of people out there that have visited Rome for like three days and gone home to whatever stupid little town they're from and said they "didn't like it" and I think that's ridiculous. I'll argue with you people for the rest of my life.
