Excited and quite nervous to go get my physical and energetic butt kicked this week by the amazing @kiamilleryoga . This was the incredibly lovely group I was in back in October–remembering this reminds me that facing myself again can also be sweet.
I do know that all things are always unwinding towards alignment and truth. Even without our efforts. But I also know there are many things that I could go through this whole lifetime without approaching, leaving the edges and sorrows just as they are. I know that a lot of progress comes by embracing the wholeness of things as they are and it is also powerful to notice that our efforts and intentions can help things flow forwards. With these nudges more and more often, we start to get us out of the stuck places more quickly. Thing is, we've already been in the past. So, it could be ok to flow forward into the unknown.
Each time I go into an immersion of any kind - whether I'm participating, assisting or facilitating - it is so powerful to notice the stuff that comes up. All the things I don't know what to do with and have either been obsession about or hiding from. But also, over time, I start to learn that is ok - that it is ok to not know the solutions. And, every time, though there may still be the fear of stepping away from the known, there is more and more understanding that I am going into a space that is good. Way better than the afraid part of me could expect. It is always vulnerable. And that is so good to be reminded of. And to start to learn that is ok.
Lottie has been naming all her dolls "Sarella," for a few weeks. At first we thought it was a play on Cinderella, but soon realized she is saying SORELLA, which means Sister in Italian.
Makes me happy because 1, she calls Tatum Sissy, and 2, she is picking up Italian words with me! That's pretty badass.

Week 2 reflection ✨🐚 This week we got given practical things that we may add into our daily self care practices and body work. Removing energy blocks in areas by working with the pain in the scalp, face and throat. Learning the skill of anointing to gift the experience to someone for a special occasion. The spiral technique to keep moving the energy while working on the body and practising the beginnings of reflexology on ourselves and each other. 🐚
Did you know that bones hold emotions and absorb the emotions of the organs that surround them? Working on the heart space the thymus was the most uncomfortable for me. The thymus relates to protection and it's one area that pops up with its strange feelings when I am feeling uncomfortable. A deep rooted childhood trauma of mine.
There were a few ups and downs during the week. But I had such a beautiful experience today going to Chiang mai national Park getting to be at the highest spot in Thailand and yesterday exploring all the beautiful temples around town. A full on weekend but I couldn't ask for a better group. ✨✨ On another note 👇🏻 🦠💉Being made more aware of the virus outbreak it was a discussion in class and if you would like to know what I learnt on helping build a healthy immune system. I have wrote a previous post to share the teachings. 🦠🧪

“Growing up the term Over / Under only referred to betting. I much prefer this definition.
