It has been one hell of a finsh of last year and start to this year anyone that knows me knows i hate hospital's like when i sliced my leg open at waste mangment or my hand at roadtreck ever since my parents passed away in them and im one prideful motherfucker and it almost cost me my leg after spening more time this week in tje hospital then in the last 10 years i found out i have somehow contracted a strain of the fleash eating diese but finaly this week i am pain free and can walk and train somewhat hard again just jave to be careful on legs
TOO MANY AT THE SAME TIME
It’s best for you to focus on one big goal at a time. When you have a lot of different areas pulling at your focus, you have to multitask and divide your concentration. That can work for small or minor tasks, but for huge goals, it’s typically not feasible.
There is only so much energy that your body and mind can devote to self-improvement. If your entire life becomes focused on how you need to be better in literally every aspect of it, you’ll wind up feeling discouraged and inadequate. Just focus on one big goal at a time or maximum two. You will reach your goal faster and you can set new ones.
Take next week to track your daily routines. Look at which ones are helping & which are not. Make small adjustments to your daily habits the following week. Reassess when you would like to keep seeing positive changes in your life. #goals#positivechanges#improvement#lifegoals

This was last year’s vision board. Though I started the year awesome and even reached some goals, this year is different. I haven’t started a board yet, but I have lots of goals. So it’s my plan to get the board done ✅ but I’m more focused on the list of goals that will transpire from the vision. I really want to be purposeful in creating goals and aligning my habits towards that goal 🥅 When the Bible speaks of writing down the vision and making it plain, I really think he was trying to encourage us to be realistic and actually organize our lives towards our goal. How can I achieve a goal if it is not first understood? The why, the how? That will make the difference the why will give you focus and motivation and the how will help you to analyze how realistic your goals are and how hard you have to work to achieve them, but then there is the when! Are you going to focus on 1 goal for the year and expect to achieve it after 12 months? Or will you have many with timeframes for achievement? SMART goals are important to achievement, be Specific-set measurable goals-(how do you know when it is attained?) Attainable-something you have the resources and will power to reach (but dream big-heyyy it’s 2020) Relevant- does it make sense for you right now? and Time based
Ever heard the saying “you are what up eat” well the same goes for “you are what you think.” Be careful because 99% of people who are not in tune with their self awareness will never know how they are changing (whether for the good or the bad). This can lead to even more mistakes made, no progress and evolving as a person. With this quality in mind ensure you are that person because if your not accountable for who you want to become you will never have that direction to all of the things you’re wanting in life.

Yes I'm finally back! I really have no excuse for disappearing for 2 months besides taking a break to set up commissions for other social media platforms. Next up is to set up commissions for Instagram and so on. I'm very busy with school and finals which are next week. This is my senior year so I'm finishing applying for college and looking for a job. July is usually a lovely & vibrant month, during which people either travel or prepare for their summer trip, a month where several countries celebrate their independence!!
For me, it was one of the toughest months I’ve ever had:
I got rejected by something I worked SO hard on, something I’ve been indirectly preparing for perhaps for over a year & a half, working on developing my knowledge, teaching skills, technique & attitude...
Practicing, practicing & practicing again, daily, till I’m ready for such a big leap in my career, a promising step that would have changed the entire course of my existence!
Of course I got sad & disappointed, but the part that made me furious, the real shock, to me & many others who have been in the industry for years, was the selected person: totally undeserving, below the standards & WAY below all expectations, to say the least... 🤐🔫
I also got sick for a week, could barely get up from my bed, was walking like a miserable 90-year old, couldn’t eat for 6 days & lost 1.5 kgs from my muscle mass (that I spent two months trying to build!!)…
A period of absolute weakness that made me reconsider this whole “I am strong & nothing affects me” shield I hid behind for years, and ponder over the human condition in general…💭🤔
I also let myself be annoyed by a couple of PARASITES who dared to call themselves “friends”…😤
I have no idea where I’m gonna be tomorrow (literally!!) & yet, here I am, still getting up every morning, going to work, meeting new people, talking to them, answering their questions & assisting them!
Here I am, still studying & improving my knowledge, still writing, still practicing & enhancing my skills, still joking, laughing, smiling, spreading Love & positive vibes in my classes, & most of all, still Dancing...
Because I don’t dance for money: I dance for <>, because I will not be brought down or let my ambition & determination be held back by a few bumps in the road, and because bad experiences, failures, disappointments & wrong choices teach us a lot more and make us much stronger with time...!!
And after all, noone, NOTHING can stop us from being who we really want to be . . .

please never doubt yourself. you are capable of everything you are willing to put effort towards. if you aren’t willing to put in the effort then stop complaining. if you are working and have hit a plateau... DO NOT STOP. take a step back, keep working hard in the gym but you probably need a few adjustments in the kitchen. be sure you are getting enough protein, eat your veggies and don’t be afraid of carbs. 🤩
this journey has become a lifestyle for me. in the beginning it was HARD. i was so out of shape (even tho i was a 3 sport athlete) and was NOT eating healthy AT ALL. in the middle it was bumpy hitting plateaus, not really knowing what to eat/ a proper balanced diet. now it’s fun and sooooo enjoyable. working out is one of the best parts of my day! i workout 5-6x a week (OTF or i’ll lift and do light cardio). prepping my meals each week is also a highlight. seeing what new food i can try out and cook to help fuel my body best💪🏻 i am currently enjoy each day for what it has to offer, staying on track in the gym and eating well on the kitchen 🙌🏻 i have a big goal set for myself this year that i am super excited about and will share in a couple of months. 🧡
