We also discuss the case of Stacy Castor. How both of her husbands ended up dead and her plot to get away with it all.

Pete’s last day was last week so we celebrated with his favorite, 🍓 ice cream. We will miss him as he heads back to school. He was a great asset to the team as a summer intern and we wish him nothing but the best!
While Fairly Handy has seen a couple of new faces over the years, we still have the same priorties, quality service and integrity.
MEET THE HANDYMAN:
Hi! I’m Brett.
I come from a long line of carpenters. I started building when I was a teenager, and I haven’t stopped. 25 years later, here I am, ready to help homeowners find large scale creative solutions or fix the tiny details that make life run smoothly.
Carpentry is my story. I’m a creative by nature, and there is great satisfaction in making a space beautiful and functional. My artist’s heart is full when I can make you feel that joy too.
Over the years, I’ve taken the time to work with many of the trades, managing large projects, new builds, room additions, and all manner of remodeling projects.
I live in the city with my wife and four kids. We landed here in 2001 and have never felt more at home than we do here. We spend a lot of time cycling with our kids, and enjoy being outdoors.
Love this new #mural in downtown #Indianapolis . It’s the largest to date by @nickwalker_art, and it’s so tall that you can see it for miles! Of course, the social psychologist in me wants to point out that while “love conquers all” is certainly a nice sentiment and lends itself to amazing art, it’s actually not a healthy belief to hold about relationships. In reality, love isn’t always enough—good relationships require a lot of work and effort. Research shows that people who believe love is all you need don’t invest as much time in solving relationship problems and they tend to break up faster, which is why it’s important to be growth oriented when it comes to relationships. #psychology#relationships#art#love#graffiti#heart#streetart#nickwalker#indy#downtownindy
Something about me. I started doing photography in middle school. I had an industrial arts class that included 9 weeks of photography. I remember the image that first caught me that I took. It was my sister leaning over the sink to apply mascara. It was the black and white simplicity and the way the light fell. After that. It was always photography for me. Photography and writing. Ive lost my writing a little, but im learning to take it back. Something else about me. I love reading mystery novels. Always have since I picked up Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys and the Bobbsey Twins.

I'm Angela, and I've been at Northside for almost three years. I love the work that I do! My work experiences have been in both mental health and addictions, so I work with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, stress management, and life changes, to substance use problems. I am also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a technique developed to help people who have had difficult life experiences to be able to reduce the overwhelming and upsetting feelings they have because of those experiences. My goal as a therapist is to help people feel more like themselves so that they can better experience life. My husband and I have two young children and we love to spend time together as a family!
Who else is busy and on the go, like ALL the time? I think I can be the first to say I am, which is why I wanted to share with you guys some of my insight on how I’ve been dealing with what seems like a perpetually full plate 24/7!
If you’re a people-pleasing, perfectionist, type-a, high-achieving person like I am, you probably fall into the same trap that I do where it seems like you always have to be doing more, faster, all the time. This is something I’ve been trying to get better at balancing because it leaves me feeling depleated and anxious.
So, let me tell you now, STEP BACK. Take a breath. Realize that you CAN’T ALWAYS DO EVERYTHING. Yes, goals and hustling and amazing and great things, but you cannot always prioritize that over your own well-being and mental health.
I really noticed this start to take place when I entered college. I was attending to try and pursue a career doing PR for a beauty or fashion company. I was working. Teaching a dance class. I was trying to be a good girlfriend. Trying to be involved at church. Trying to grow my IG and make an impact with it. Shooting all the time. Anyone else’s head spinning yet?!
Let me tell you, honey, that you have to know when to take a step back and refocus. You’ve got to take time for yourself and takes breaks where you can get them! I’ve found that @carefree_us’s new Acti-Fresh liners to keep me from having anything else to think about so I can focus on getting the important things taken care of! This busy girl is also loving how their new technology keeps everything in place and fresh so I’m worry free 🙌🏻
So, to all you high-achieving peeps out there, realize that you can allow yourself to breath! Take care of yourself! Take a step back! You got this!

Millie is confused. We told her today she had an approved adoption application and someone was coming to meet her today! But we got a message this morning that the family had adopted another dog instead of Millie 😞
We're at PetSmart again today hoping she will find her perfect match! 💗
