This is a super simplified version of lamb biryani. Biryani is a complicated Indian recipe requiring many steps and layers of flavor. This is a quick and easy recipe for the pressure cooker that is made with grass fed lamb, whole grain brown basmati rice, crispy fried onions, raisins, toasted cashews, spices and fresh cilantro 🌿. It's savory, a little spicy 🔥 and sweetened by the raisins. I think this one is easy enough to create and the result is quite good 👌😋 ...

👉 RECIPE FOR PRESSURE COOKER LAMB BIRYANI:
1. 1 lb grass-fed lamb seasoned well with Himalayan salt and freshly ground black pepper marinated overnight or at leat 1 hour
2. 1/4 cup yougurt
3. 2 Tbsp lemon 🍋 juice
4. 2 tsp garam masala
5. 1 tsp turmeric
6. 1 tsp chili 🔥 pepper 🌶️ powder
7. 1 tsp tandoori masala
8. 1 tsp chopped fresh mint
9. 1 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
10. 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
11. 1 1/2 onions finely sliced
12. 1/4 cup coconut oil
13. 1/4 cup cashews
14. 1/4 cup raisins
15. 1 1/2 cups brown basmati rice soaked overnight in 1 1/4 cups filtered water
16. Make marinade of ginger, garlic, yogurt, almond milk, lemon 🍋 juice, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, tandoori masala, salt and pepper
17. Add oil and onions to pressure cooker and sauté over high until onions are dark brown and crisp about 10 minutes. Remove to paper towel
18. Add raisins and sauté until they plump up. Remove from oil
19. Saute cashews until golden brown. Remove from oil
20. Sauté the lamb pieces until browned removing excess marinade and save for cooking biryani. Turn off sauté function
22 . Add 1/2 of the crisp onions in a layer over the top of the lamb. Add the rest of the marinade over the top. Add the rice and water over the top submerging the rice
23. Pressure cook under high pressure for 24 minutes for whole grain brown rice. Use natural release. Keep warm until rice absorbs any excess liquid. Taste for seasonings. Garnish with fresh cilantro 🌿 and crispy onions and enjoy!

With time and options running out, Madappa began experimenting and made a soft mixture (or pak) using gram flour, sugar and ghee.

Dosa sprinkled with podi powder, roasted in ghee for that perfect crispy crust. Ghee roasted dosa tastes absolutely yummy. The dosai here is served with three types of chutneys - tomato, coconut and mint (right-to-left) along with a small portion of sambar. .
In the times of fancy food and gram-worthy cafes, I had my solace in this regular restaurant serving delectable dosa with flavors lingering on my taste buds for long. Yes we do exist!

Children are picky eaters. It’s very difficult to making them eat healthy. For mommies it is challenge to make healthy meals more enthralling and difficult to unriddle our children that home made meals are much healthier .

Most ingenious ✅Take a pan . Melt the butter in a pan over low flame . Once hot and sizzling, add the oats flour , then whisk constantly until it turns a golden color and smells nutty. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Slowly pour in the milk whisking constantly to smooth any clumps. Increase the heat to medium flame then let cook, stirring constantly, about 6 minutes. Off the flame of pan , then add pumpkin purée , salt, pepper, dry herbs or fresh herbs .
✅ Add your choices of sauté vegetables. Mixed well . ✅ Add boiled @weikfieldind Whole wheat Pasta . Toss to combine well. Serve immediately. ———————————————————
