You guys had such great tips that helped make navigating the airport with a medically complex child go smoothly for us! I wanted to compile them all in one place to make it easy for you to save them for later or share them with a friend: •Call TSA cares ahead of time to let them know you will be traveling with a lot of medically necessary items including large containers of liquids
•Get to the airport with plenty of extra time. Like 2 hours before your flight is scheduled to take off
•Ask for a Passenger Support Specialist (PSS) to be the one going through your bags at the checkpoint
•Pack all of your medical supplies in one bag (medications in bottle with label from pharmacy, supplements, syringes, tube feeding equipment, formula, liquid nutrition, etc)
•Ask to pre-board so you can get all situated without a line of people waiting behind you
What I brought for my own piece of mind but didn’t end up needing: a note from our doctor justifying all of our medically necessary items

What's your in-flight skincare routine?✈️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our skin gets dry out on an airplane so do our lips. That's why you need to bring a travel-size moisturizer, mist, or any a moisturizing oil with you in order to keep your skin hydrated. But what about your lips? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our Lip Almighty tinted lip balm (vegan🌿) gives just the right amount of pigment (so you don't look too pale or tired) + ultra hydration to your lips. So you can just relax in the air.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s Sunday, which at my house means washing the bed linen for the week to come. But the worst part is always putting the duvet cover back on, right? Such a pain! 🛏🛌🧺
What’s even more of a pain? Having to do it on a limited space private jet while your passenger intently watches you make the bed eagerly awaiting to sleep.
My boss taught me this trick. Turn the duvet cover inside out, grab the corners of the cover from the inside opening, and continue to grab the matching corners of the duvet insert. THEN, 𝐕𝐈𝐎𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐋𝐘 FLIP THAT BABY OVER THE INSERT, give it a couple wave shakes, and then tuck the other corners in.
I know people have their own tricks for this— But this one tends to make the most sense in my head to me and it expedites my bed making process SO MUCH !!!
