Known for various harvest festivals, the Ao Naga tribe is one of the primitive tribes of Nagaland in northeast India. The Ao’s celebrate Moatsu Mong festival after the sowing is done and Tsungrem Mong on completion of the harvest.
In this picture shown here is the "arr sayiba" or "tug of war", the highlight of Tsungrem Mong festival of Ao Naga tribes, performed during the annual "Hornbill festival" held at Kohima in Nagaland. Stories say that in this tug of war, men’s team will deliberately lose the game to please their womenfolk.

Serolsar lake (सेरोल्सर लेक) is a high altitude lake in the outer banjar Valley of the Kullu district, Himachal Pradesh, India. The lake is about 3,100 metres (10,171 ft) above the sea level and is surrounded by thick forest cover. Serolsar Lake is accessible via Jalori pass.Serolsar lake is surrounded by a dense forest. It is an easy and enjoyable 5 km hike. The path to the lake starts just behind the temple at Jalori Pass. There are a few ascents and descends on the way to Serolsar, thoughout the path is mostly straight. .
Je commence de plus en plus à le faire.
L’année dernière je faisais entraînement sur entraînement (mais c’était surtout des circuits training) deux entraînement par jour et sans jour off. Et j’ai commencé à me faire des petites blessures dont une qui m’a bloqué pendant 4 mois.
Alors aujourd’hui je ne referai plus cette même erreur. Le surentraînement n’est pas productif. Il est important de se reposer.
Donc pour ma part ma première séance de muscu commence demain ☺️ Je me suis prie deux day off parce que je me sentais vraiment K.O. Et honnêtement là je me sens en pleine forme et j’ai hâte d’attaquer ma séance jambes demain 😍💪🏻 .
