Next week we are going to have - Fit Week -
many exciting events through the week.
Please have a look the board in the club for our schedule.
Throughout the week we will be running our challenge of the month (Wall Sit with 25% of bodyweight on your lap).
We are also going to hold a J Series battle with 4 participants in each heat. (Heat 1-5)
The battle will consist of 6 different exercises 45 seconds on 15 seconds off, as many reps as possible. Only 6mins total!!
Winner of each heat moves into the Grand Final on Friday.
This competition is open to everyone, so please let our club manager, j series coach know if you want to save your spot!!
The strongest man in the club, PT Oli will be running a deadlift workshop on Tuesday evening 6:30pm-7:30pm. We've got 5 spots filled already and have another 5 spots available. It's $15 for the session.

Give this workout a go!! Targets every leg muscle and glutes creating that burn and you’re legs will definitely feel jelly once your finished!! 😯🤭
A1. Leg Press 3x15 SS
A2. BB Alternating Lunges 3x10E/L
B1. Leg Curl D/S 3x8,8,8
C2. Leg Extension D/S 8,8,8
D1. Single Leg Press 3x10 E/L SS
D2. BB Glute Bridge 3x12
🔸Please never lock your knees in when you perform certain exercises, for example, a leg press or single leg press as locking your knees transfers all the weight form the muscle to the joint which then results in stress to the knee with can the lead to injury! Please be cautious when you are performing these 😊
