The Akumadan volunteer team go jogging every Sunday! They pick up plastic waste in the community and find ways to recycle it. They are currently using it to make instruments to support their new science club! #recycling#environment#plastics#jogging
You should not be hurting after every workout. If you are, you might be overtraining.
Although, muscle soreness occur after exercises. If it does not stop within 24 to 48 hours then you are overtraining or overdoing it.
Tips you should try out to avoid overtraining
• Incorporate warm up, workout and cool down in your exercise program.
• Do not start your exercises without lighter exercises (Warm Up) such as stretches, this will help warm up your muscles.
• After exercises (workout) do lighter exercises to cool down before rest.
• Build in recovery workouts - the day after a hard and strenuous workout, try a lighter exercise e.g. If you run a long distance in a day, the next day carry out light workout such as jogging, cycling etc.
• To train the muscles by lifting weights, ensure you focus on different muscle groups on different days.
• Schedule periodic rest days because they are key to optimizing fitness gains.
• Seek for an expert to help with your exercise program.

Is it just me or do you find you’re more productive when you get your workout done first thing in the morning?
The last few days (actually weeks 😅) I have been just dragging my feet with my workouts and have noticed a definite decrease in productivity levels haha.
Today however I got up smashed my run and strength workout first thing and was on my A game all day 😜🚀
Future self take note... stop snoozing 😄🙌🏻
