This is an interesting alternative for chips: #friedsnails in batter and spices. Totally my thing but you can’t tell these are #snails . Could be anything. 8/10. Bought in #Kaunas , #Lithuania .

REVIEW: 🇪🇸 Lay’s Al Punto de Sal ✈️ Chipalytics Travels!
Classic American Lay’s are one of my all time favorite #chips , so I was expecting to the Spanish version to be good. Al Punto de Sal = “to the salt point”, but I feel like the salt point was farther than they had it 😂 They were pretty undersalted to me (even though it’s fair to say my salt point is quite far). And while I felt like these were a good chip base, I still prefer the American Lay’s chip base of being crispier and thinner. These were slightly less thin and slightly softer. - 📍Barcelona, Spain
So what’s going on with this chip? Here are its highly scientific stats:
Flavor level: LOW
Mitäs sä oot tehnyt tänään? Länsisuomessa on satanut koko päivän enemmän tai vähemmän, joten ulkoilu ei oikein mulle maistunut👀
Kävin sit kaupungilla. Mukaan tuli pari mattoa, sit ruokakaupassa hakee täydennystä jääkaappiin, ettei het ma tartte juosta sinnekään ja paras hetki... roskaruokaa take away 😍 Nyt pizza naaman edessä, kynttilät sytytetty ja netflix pyörii. Mitäs tässä muuta kaipaisikaan 🙌🙏

Sometimes when your on a long or difficult wilderness trip, burning thousands of calories more than you could ever eat, and consuming mostly dried or dehydrated foods, something with an insanely potent (and often chemical) flavor makes a massive difference in morale. We like to use @cheetos and @sourpatchkids as borderline smelling salts when in the middle of a dreary slog. Who else appreciates a little candy and junk food when they’re tired and hungry?
If you are feeding your children such biscuits, in reality, this is what you are feeding them as most brands have more or less the same list of ingredients.
❌ Refined flour (Maida) - 57%. The bleaching process that converts pale brown wheat to pure white refined flour involves the use of alloxan, a chemical that destroys pancreatic cells, leading to diabetes.
❌ Sugar - the white Devil. Do I need to say more?.
❌ Palmolein Oil - Most packaged foods use this cheapest oil which is highly refined and leads to inflammation.
❌ Caramel color (150c) - Absolutely unnecessary ingredient. Manufactured by heating carbohydrates with acids (such as are sulfuric, sulfurous, phosphoric, acetic), alkalis or salts.
❌ Artificial Flavours - Chemical mix of synthetic ingredients such as crude oil or coal tar.
Most of these brands claim these biscuits are rich in minerals and vitamins.
Parents who are reading this, please rethink 🙏.
Your child needs a better, healthier snack box with real nutrition every single day. Let’s not fall for these “health-claims” of packaged foods.
The Cold Hard Scoop: Big Spoon Creamery
I’ve been wanting to try @bigspooncreamery out for a while now and finally got the chance when visiting my brother and his fam up in BHam. They have a rotating menu of both scoops and sammies, utilizing nothing but best seasonal ingredients. I visited one of their two shops in Birmingham, which carries the shop-exclusive Fruity Pebbles ice cream and sammie (absolute 🔥 btw). Great vibe in the shop, staff was incredible....definitely a spot that I will return to every time I come back to Birmingham 👌🏻. ________________________________________
