wake up at 2 am and start by 3 am, this is what a summit day looks like. While the temperature outside is freezing -20°C you start your day with a big smile wishing each other as it is New year morning.one of the toughest days I ever experienced to one of the beautiful views I ever witnessed. Kedarkantha has it all

Its better you should fall for nature rather then in love.. love will give you pain but nature will always give you peace inside out✨🌈❤️

Trekking on the Himalayas always sounds so exciting. I was actually able to experience it in the Kedarkantha Trek that I recently went to. The experience was surely gruelling yet amazing. Since I do work on my fitness, I didn't expect it to be that hard but walking up to 12500 feet was no joke. It proved to be more of a mental challenge than a physical one. There were scenarios where the temperature went to -15. There were scenarios where I didn't have proper sleep. There were scenarios where I wanted to give up. Even after facing all that, I am glad that I made it to the top. The world surely looked like heaven as all the hard work was worth it.
सफ़र की हद है वहां तक कुछ निशान रहे
चले चलो जहां तक की ये आसमां रहे ...
ये क्या की उठाए कदम और आ गई मंजिल
मजा तो जब है कि पैरों में कुछ थकान रहे ।।।

Kedarkanta is amongst the very few treks in India where you can have the experience of summit climbs. Although on a beginner level the final ridge climb and the push near the summit is really challenging after about 3 hrs of continuous ascent.
The trek from this point starts to get moderately challenging and exhilarating at the same time....... Up next : Ridge climb and Summit push 😇

It’s not the mountain we conquer, but ourselves and some things can't be put to words, but can only be experienced.
I enjoyed each second of every minute of a recent trek to Kedarkantha.
Lush tall trees, beautiful white landscapes, crystal clear streams, snow capped mountains and snowfall. Its like magic, you get to see the nature at its best throughout the journey..
It was already an achievement of sorts for me to go below zero degrees, but who knew? Seems like life had something else planned and I got to do my summit climb at -22 degrees.
The view from summit, tall huge mountains make you feel insignificant in size. The view was so overwhelming that I forgot my own existence. In the trance of the mesmerizing view, I forgot the worries and problems of my routine, it felt like the slate was clean then, in that moment. And made me realise there is so much more to explore beyond our lives.
I wonder how a single mountain brings people from so many cultures and languages together to conquer one common goal.
The hardships were difficult to overcome, extreme even, one may even resolve never to return, like I did. But now, the contention has overcome the resolution in such a way that whenever they call me next, I'll pack my bags and GO… #kedarkantha#uttarakhand#india#trekking # #dehradun#himalaya#trek#uttrakhand#nagtibba#harkidun#travel#kuaripass#nature#mountains#kedarkanthatrek#rupinpass#sankri#himalayas#rishikesh#adventure#uttarakhandheaven#himalayashelter#dyarabuyal#kedarnath#travelphotography#summit#snowfall#snow #-22°C #2020

Woke up early morning with a beautiful sun rise & view of the Kedarkantha peak from base camp was just mesmerizing. The mountains and the days spent here helped me rediscover myself in such a significant number of ways. .
I never realized that I could live so frugally. I began esteeming each little piece of luxury that I had back home. .
I discovered that offering uninterrupted alone time is the best thing you can gift your body. It recuperates you physically, as well as mentally. .
The mountains had made me a more grounded individual, a superior individual. I saw myself in a way that I had never observed. .
My eyes twinkled with bliss and my face radiated with recently discovered vitality. .
I cherished my opportunity and felt blessed.
