My Ayda bug when she was so very little!! ❤❤ who would have thought that 6 years later, I would be arguing with her about why we do not rope flies, stick them in the fridge to calm them, and then keep them as pets! 🤦♀️ Sigh* guess she will find out sooner or later that roping flies is almost an impossibility! 😂 #theideasshehas#mykid#keepingitinteresting

Double workout done today to round off the week so I can take a rest day tomorrow.
I’m on the home stretch . Just 10 more workouts to go and I’ve finished morning meltdown100 .
Do you try out new things?
Do you mix up your routines and workouts?
Would you try a new class?
Keeps you interested, motivated and using different muscles, tests flexibility and endurance.
What will you try next?
Congratulations to my fabulous @staugsydney vocal students on their excellent performances at the school’s annual #NightOfVoice
You all gave your very best and sang with passion and excellence
I am one very proud vocal coach this evening... Well done boys!!!
Me and Him in doors have decided to make things interesting. We have started an A to Z of culinary experiences and will choose a dish from a country from around the world Starting with that Letter.
My own personal challenge is to make us #slimmingworld friendly
We started last night with A for Argentina
Chimichurri Rice, Chicken kebabs and Roasted veg and it was DeLightful!
I have learned 2 things:
1️⃣ Argentinian food is big on the #swfreefood
2️⃣ Chimichurri can never be made “Slimming World Friendly” 1/2 cup Olive Oil.... 1/2 Cup!!!!! 😳
The random things my life consists of. Every week Mike and I meet with 2-4 potentially new clients and then check on current sites. Usually all in one really. long. day. We drive ALL OVER! It's exhausting and it's easy to get caught up in the constant hustle. Lately, I've made a point to just enjoy it. We have lunch dates, go to our favorite spots normally far away & even explore some new ones if we have time. Working with your spouse isn't always romantic but it does have its perks! #keepingitinteresting#practicinggratitude#findingfuninthemundane
He’s a nerd, and I love him! 🤓😍
I had a lot of fun on Saturday running with Rocky! This is my first run since the Half (I’ll have to post on that later). Rocky has been trying to run a couple miles 2-3 times a week. So it was fun to go with him, and I was proud of him for going 2 miles without walking. And he helped me stay in zone 1, so that’s a good, easy workout. 😜
Watercolor style with textured flowers. Drippy Moonshine Metallics and stencils. All over pretty. I find it hard to pigeon hole myself into a style. I don’t really have a specific look that defines my style but I think I’ll call it “furniture art” because art should evolve and change otherwise people would get restless and bored. I know I would if I had to paint the same thing everyday. Here’s to keeping thing interesting. 😉
I adapted a move done with a wall to target glutes by @lara.heimann for the sequence last week. (Thanks for posting a video of her @stephynow! Happily finding a lot of new quality people to follow on here and won't be keeping them all to myself. And if you find someone amazing, let people know about it!) Ooo child, did I feel my glutes in a lovely deep way after doing it with every class all week long. Thanks, Lara!
I love finding refreshing, new ways to move my bawdy. It keeps me interested. And from what I hear from students, it's part of what keeps you interested in my class as well. Win win! Working on a new playlist and new sequence for you as we speak. You can find your last chances to practice with me before I head to Mexico in my story highlights (or come as we had 2 spots open!). AND! One last informative thing, my Nicaragua retreat is pretty much all squared away for early June. If you want first dibs on that, message or email me (men too, it's co-ed!). K cya out there.
SONG: Albi (can't find the artist rn! Will edit when I do!) #yoga #yogasequence #newmoves #keepingitinteresting #new
