Sometimes my thoughts can ruin an entire day...🤦🏻♀️
I was sitting in bed last night watching this show about a woman who was searching for love.
Someone in her life (a father figure) would always tell her how the men she brought home weren’t the ones for her.
She’d get so upset. Until one day she found out she was pregnant.
The father didn’t want to be in the picture, so she was raising her daughter alone. It showed a time laps of her, her daughter & this father figure.
Time was racing by. It brought tears to my eyes (possibly because I just started my period, but let’s not give that all the glory.. I might have feelings who knows).. 😭
I sat here looking back at my life. Looking back to when I first had Mason.. who is now 8 years old. 😶
For such a long time I’ve been caught up in searching for what could make me happy or make life a little easier, while my entire life was passing me by.
Here recently as we all sometimes do: worry about MONEY.. making ends meet.. Making a relationship work out.. & it can be all consuming.
But in all honesty.. I’m kinda sick of all the worry, the anxiety.. it’s getting in my way & clouding my enjoyment for LIFE! 🙌🏻
So to conclude this whole thing:
1) the woman in the show finds love, her father figure approves & that’s all it shows..
&
2) Life is far too short to worry 24/7 about things & not enjoy what’s already in front of you.

My parents came to visit from Indy yesterday & it wasn’t until we left the house that I realized how badly I needed to get out!
I have been staying at home for several reasons- still figuring out this whole mom life - but more living in paranoia of RSV and Flu 😷
Decided to take the babe out yesterday. Kept him in his car seat and stroller the entire time - no one touched him & it was 𝗪𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐅𝐔𝐋 🙌🏻
So thankful for my amazing parents & so happy to get to spend the day with them. Two hours away isn’t far from family but sometimes seems like a great distance. Anyone else live away from your family? How do you keep in touch?
