Paneer Butter Masala! This restaurant style rich, creamy and delicious Paneer is always my family favorite. This goes really well with chapathi/roti, Naan or Jeera rice.
300 gm Paneer
2 large onions
3 large tomato
1/4 cup cashews
10 dried red chilies
1 tsp kasuri Methi
2 tsp Heavy cream
3 tsp Ghee
2 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
2 tsp Garam masala
Salt as per taste
3 tbsp Cooking oil
🔹In a pan/kadai, add 3 tbsp of cooking oil. Add roughly chopped onions to it and sauté for 2 minutes.
🔹Add dried red chilies to it and sauté for 1 minute.
🔹Add chopped tomatoes to this and sauté for another 3 minutes.
🔹Now add cashews to this and sauté for 1 minute. Add salt to this mixture.
🔹Turn off the stove and let this mixture cool down completely.
🔹Make a smooth paste of this onion tomato mixture in a blender.
🔹Now in the same pan, add 3 tsp of ghee.
🔹Add Kashmiri red chili powder and sauté for 30 secs.
🔹Now add the onion tomato paste, little water, garam masala and kasuri Methi. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes in low flame with lid on. 🔹Add 2 tbsp of heavy cream and continue to cook for 2 minutes with lid on. 🔹Now add cubbed Paneer, mix well and cook for another 10 minutes in low flame with lid on.
🔹Turn off the stove. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and server warm with roti/chapathi or Jeera rice.

Traditional North Malabar Chakka Erissery 🍲
In this video, I have made the traditional Chakka Erissery as it is made in the North Malabar regions of Kerala, especially from Kanhangad and kasaragod area. Hope you all enjoy this recipe.
If you're not a big fan of coconut you can skip the garnish step and fry the chicken in regular oil and it'll still taste good 💯
How to make
Chicken wash & dry
Mix with salt viniger
Keep for 20 min
Remove excess water
take dried red chillis, put very little water n pressure cook it. Take out cooked red chilli, add garlic, ginger, small onion and grind it to a paste
Take 3/4 of this chilli paste and marinate chicken with it and keep for half hour.
Take shredded coconut, 1 green chilli curry leaf mix it with the left over 1/4 masala mix in a separate vessel
Take marinated chicken and fry it. Also fry shredded coconut and garnish! 👏🏼 Enjoy 😍

😊 Just writing this easy recipe to make palak paneer. Boil spinach(I used 400g) and a pinch of turmeric, then grind the spinach to a paste. Slightly toast paneer cubes. .
In another kadai, heat some oil, saute onion(1No), tomtato(1No), add 1 tsp Chilli powder, 1 tsp Corriander powder, half tsp turmeric powder and half tsp garam masala, 1/4tsp cumin powder and saute well. Add salt as required. When sautéed well, add the spinach paste and paneer cubes and cook for 5mins on low flame. Add cream(optional - I didnt coz am dieting🤣)
