A quiet morning stroll through Harambe Village to get breakfast at Tusker House is my favorite!!
Tusker House is an all you care to enjoy meal in Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World! I recommend their breakfast character meal it's fun and delicious!
On the Kilimanjaro Safari at #AnimalKingdom you will run (drive) up to 32 different kinds of animals found in their replicated African wild land ecosystem! These animals are taken care of meticulously by some of the best African wildlife specialists and veterinarians around! The safari itself is a wide landscape where the animals for the most part roam free as they would in their natural habitats and are in no way mistreated or caged! This is a true safari that would other wise cost you hundred if not thousands of dollars to see anywhere else! So if you can’t afford to go to Africa and see it then this is the next best thing! This is a great reason to go to Disney World because I know so many of you think Disney is JUST the #MagicKingdom ☺️ #KilimanjaroSafari
¿Quieres vivirlo? CONTÁCTANOS.
Daniel one of the most happiest And up spirited porters and guide I’ve ever met. He always was in good spirits and had a huge smile on his face whenever I would see him. Even when carrying around 40 kilograms of gear up and down Kilimanjaro on his back and sometimes water jugs on head without ever complaining and always with positive attitude and a kind smile #. Earning around $100 per expedition providing for his family and children’s education but always grateful and happy. I wish I could be half a man he is. A true hero... I will always remember his kind smile... #kilimanjaro#kilimanjarosafari#mountkilimanjaro
⚠️ Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.
ABOUT THE 📸: Taken from the entrance of the #BarrancoCamp on the #LemoshoRoute , while hiking #MtKilimanjaro . Sleeping in a tent in the Barranco Camp was one of the most intense & beautiful nights of my life, and this warning upon entering the camp really set the stage for the experience. You cannot reach this site without (at least) a 4 day hike with a certified guide.
ABOUT THE 📍: I had quite the #quarterlifecrisis in 2019 - and it started with climbing #Kilimanjaro with one of my best girlfriends. The experience was INCREDIBLE but also incredibly challenging. My most critical piece of advice is to research guide groups thoroughly before making a choice. Your safety is on the line! No reputable tour operator will charge less than $1,600 (food, shelter, guides all included), and DO NOT agree to attempt summiting in less than 8 days/7 nights. Seriously. We saw a LOT of people in very bad shape on the mountain, and many people do not successfully summit (and are subsequently dragged down the mountain by their guide). Our team had a 100% success rate - but it was close.

Life teaches such amazing lessons.
Hiking to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro, looking out across the expansive African landscape made me reflect on just how beautiful this world is and how small we are in it.
Kilimanjaro is a hard climb and our group didn’t escape without all sorts of sickness (20,000 feet can have all sorts of effects on your body). More to come on this soon... 😳
I learned that my body is capable of anything, and that I can accomplish whatever I set my mind to. Physical fitness aside, Kilimanjaro takes more mental & emotional stamina than most people are prepared for... So what do you think, did I make it to the TOP this time? YES or NO
Did you know that #disneysanimalkingdom is their biggest park? The #kilimanjarosafari ride and animal habitat itself is just slightly bigger than the Magic Kingdom. Wild right?
Elephants are my favorite!
