Abuna Yemata Guh, 2580 meters, one of the many cave churches carved out of the Tigray mountains. To reach the priest and enjoy the wonderful panorama and the paintings on the walls you need to climb a staircase and finish the last 15 meters by climbing bare hands and feet on a rocky wall

A Rohingya boy carrying material for reparing the house.
The shelters built nowadays by IOM, made with treaten bamboo, are far more resistant to wind and rain than the first ones built two years ago when this crisis has began. Those ones, in contact with the wet soil began to rot. They need to be repaired or rebuild. A huge work considering a community with more than one million refugees.
Please note the agriculture in the surroundings. UN supplies seeds and tools to the refugees. ♡
Big Fish III.
Nuoc Mam is a renown fish sauce made in Vietnam.
As part of the ancestral process, anchovies are boiled, fermented in a salt solution, and sun-dried (photo) prior maceration.
In the recent years, international companies massively invested this sector and made the fish sauce an industrial -and profitable- product.
Traditional fish sauce makers are destabilized and loose gradually ground in the market.
Hopefully they will keep on resisting for now and ever. #workingclassheroes
