Most days, no matter how glam the job may appear on the outside, we all look like this.
If you know one, help us grow and thrive: watch our stories, like our posts, share them, connect us with others you see as a good fit.
It may seem superficial on the outside but we live in a tech dominated world and to us, that’s how our small business gets discovered, grows and how we earn a living. Best part? It costs you exactly $0.

In Bogota | Ridin’ into the week all smiles after a fabulous stay at the W Bogota. This is one of the best W Hotels I have ever stayed in. They definitely took their signature #Whatever#Whenever level of service and raised it a notch. .
Top 5 Things I ❤️ at this hotel:
🇨🇴 Spacious and well appointed amenities in rooms (LVTperk: priority upgrades!)
🇨🇴 Buffet breakfast with fresh green juices to give a healthy boost (LVTperk: free when we book)
🇨🇴 Signature Night Brunch” complete with a curated gin bar and mojito making station. is where the upscale locals come on Saturday nights. And well yeah they won me over with the donut wall 🤷🏽♀️🍩 #donutsaroundtheworld
🇨🇴The new W Vinyl room where you get your own turntable jukebox delivered to your room with of selection of classic vinyls to choose from (check it out in the swipe)
🇨🇴 Hospitality excellence which is why this is one of the very few W properties to get invited in the @Virtuosoltd network
Are you struggling with losing weight or even that visceral belly fat we all seem to get in middle age? If you would've asked me a year ago if I would wear a bikini at age 55 I would've said no way. But a year later and here I am. I know it can seem like nothing helps. Here are a few tips to help you move you in the right direction.
1. DRINK MORE WATER. Our bodies are 70% water, the brain is 75% water, and even a 1% drop in hydration has a MASSIVE impact on your focus and productivity. Water is needed for nearly every function in the body. We could go on and on about the importance of proper hydration, but we’ll spare you as long as you promise to drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water daily!
2. Make BETTER food choices. Easier said than done, right? BUT, let’s get real… You are what you eat. Eat junk = feel like junk. Eat great, healthy food = feel great + healthy. Still intimidated by the thought of starting? Start small! Put down the chips, pick up an avocado. Swap your carb heavy noodles for zucchini noodles. Ditch the sodas and start sippin’ on Pure Therapeutic Ketones® or a KETO//UP®. Your body will thank you.
3. Go to bed! Sleep is your secret weapon to BETTER performance, relationships, and self improvement. Sleep is when your body + brain clean house (literally, it’s getting rid of waste made from energy production!), makes memories, and gets all systems GO for the next days hustle. When you do not get enough sleep, you don’t feel on top of your game, can be groggy, or easily agitated. And that’s not 1% BETTER. So make sleep a priority and get as much as you can!

Jama Masjid of Delhi, Jama Masjid also spelled Jāmiʿ Masjid, Jama Masjid of Delhi also called Masjid-i Jahānnumā, mosque in Old Delhi, India, constructed in 1650–56 by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahān, a noted patron of Islamic architecture whose most famous work is the Taj Mahal, in Agra. Jama Masjid, now the second largest mosque on the Indian subcontinent, is also an impressive example of Mughal architecture. It is Delhi’s principal mosque, the place where the city’s Muslims traditionally gather for Friday communal prayer; Jama Masjid is Arabic for “Friday mosque.” The mosque is near the Red Fort, yet another of Shah Jahān’s buildings. Jama Masjid and its courtyard stand on an outcropping more than 30 steps higher than the street, giving the mosque a commanding view of the surrounding area.

Perched almost perilously along the edge of majestic 15m-high red laterite cliffs, 50km northwest of Trivandrum, Varkala has a naturally beautiful setting that has allowed it to steadily grow into Kerala's most popular backpacker hang-out. A small strand of golden beach nuzzles Varkala's North Cliff area, where restaurants play innocuous world music and shops sell elephant-stamped trousers, silver jewellery and cotton yoga-mat bags. While it's certainly on the beaten track and the sales pitch can be tiring, Varkala is still a great place to watch the days slowly turn into weeks, and it's easy to escape the crowds further north or south where the beaches are cleaner and quieter and despite its traveller vibe, Varkala remains essentially an important temple town.

Only one wildebeest was lost to a lion! A small price for the survival of thousands of other wildebeest.
The likelihood is that at the beginning of November, the herds are still lingering in the northern Serengeti regions of Kogatende and Lamai and you can still catch river crossings at this time.
Towards the end of the month, river crossings are much less frequent as most have begun to disperse south. However, because of the light rains, the camps and lodges are exceptional value for money. You can stay at some of the continent’s most luxurious permanent lodges in November at half the price they would be in July and August, and still, catch river crossing scenes. The parks are a lot quieter so you get a little slice of Serengeti wilderness all to yourself. All in all, if you don’t mind getting a bit wet and love value for money, then early November, in particular, is a fantastic time to see the migration.
It’s essential to plan your migration safari well in advance if you want to be in the best place at the right time to witness the river crossings – Click in bio!
