We all have a goal physique we’re aiming for. Most of the time it’s to get a leaner, more defined, “toned” look. Am I right?🤔
Being in a deficit, losing body fat and getting smaller will only get us so far. When it comes to actually changing your body composition we must build lean muscle. There’s a common misconception that lifting heavy/ going lower in reps will make you bulky where going lighter/ doing more reps will help you “tone”. Toning is nothing more than having lower body fat and revealing the muscle you’ve built up.
To achieve this we must:
1️⃣ be patient
2️⃣ resistance train
I have been intentionally putting on weight for the past 6 months. With doing this slowly, I’m building lean muscle and keeping myself from gaining too much body fat. My metabolism is higher( more muscle= higher metabolism. This is a plus so when I cut down I can eat more food!😜) I’m increasing my strength and I’ve been learning a lot more about my body and how it responds to different things.
I just finished some amazing business calls for some upcoming projects! God is amazing and I am enjoying every moment 🙏🏽 #favored#itsalreadydone#letsgo

🌸Cree en ti, cree en la magia de los nuevos comienzos.. Los cambios son retos que te permiten obtener nuevas oportunidades.✨
Today's mommy/daughter moment sponsored by MOTION.
One of the Habits of Health I have been incorporating is Healthy Motion. As I have been fueling my body with all the nutrients I need and losing weight, my energy has dramatically increased. I LOVE IT! So now, over 30 lbs down, I am making movement in the form of walking my next Habit of Health. Plus I can do it with my toddler! We are getting outside, breathing fresh air and she is loving it. So, why exactly is this so important? Just 30 minutes a day of walking can have a dramatic positive effect on your health by:
1. Lowering risk of depression
2. Eliminating need for medications
3. Reducing breast cancer risk by 30% & increasing survival rates by 70%
4. Lowering blood pressure and preventing injury to your cardiovascular system by keeping blood vessels open and flexible
5. Increasing survival rates from heart attack by 80%
Just like anything, you don't go from a sedentary lifestyle to running a marathon in a day. It's about starting where you are. Taking that first step. Maybe for you it's just 20 minutes a day of walking, where included in that is 5 minutes of warm up and 5 minutes of cool down. Then adding 5 minutes each week. And if we have time to scroll on social media we have time to take a walk 😉 Yes, someone had to say it! 🤣 But all jokes aside, being healthy is not just about the number on the scale. It's about feeling great, fulfilling dreams and choosing to live your best life ❤
I’m gonna go out on a limb here...
I want to present you with an opportunity, one I turned down 100 times because I thought it was ridiculous and I didn’t understand it.
I categorized it with dirty words like pyramid scheme. I rolled my eyes at every post I saw pertaining to this type of business, every follow from a random girl, and every message they sent with the “hey girl” mentality.
Then I said yes to a coffee date, I said yes to hearing my coach out, I said yes to me, I said yes to accountability and I said yes to helping others along the way.
This side hustle has been the light that guided me out of a darkness I had gotten stuck in. It has supported me, surprised me, and continues to teach me about myself.
I want to share it with you. I want you to be successful, to find consistency, and to grow with me!
DM me, ask all the questions, and take a chance on hearing me out. I want you there with me when I hit my goals, let’s do this together 🤩

Ambas as fotos não são do corpo atual, mas são corpos que eu consigo atingir, o que difere de um e outro são as minhas escolhas. E eu escolho uma vida mais saudável. Nosso corpo é nosso lar. Qual lar você tem escolhido?
