I’ve just come back from a fantastic canoe trip in Lake Macquarie. We camped on the lake and the smoky haze from the fires gave the sunset an almost eerie beauty.

My butt hurts. My shins are screaming.
Did this 5mi bridge walk with my buddy @hotrialb and THEN we wandered the streets of Charleston. Cant say I wouldn't do it again 😆🚶♀️

And now im curious what other cities across the US have pedestrian lanes 🤔. If you know of any, let me know 😁
Do you know how long it's been since I walked a mile in my own shoes?? I still have some pain in my foot but I think I'm ready to officially retire the boot!
I walked for about an hour so that's actually 3 miles. Probably more than I should have done but the endorphins kinda took over and I totally let them. And the fact that it's 75 and sunny today sure didn't hurt. 🌞
If true perfection does exist in this world, I am convinced it can only be found in the wild chaos of nature. Happily I tread into her seasons in search of what she has to offer. Ready for whatever she has, never to be disappointed to simply be in her presence.
