Practicing deep Surrender.
Isvara Pranidhana is the last of the Niyamas and it has a few interpretations. In essence it means surrender to something bigger; a higher self, Grace, the Universe, the Divine, whatever resonates best with you.
For some people this concept might sound "easy" and for others it may sound extremely difficult. As humans, we have an innate need to control things and sometimes we view "surrender" as a sign of weakness. Maybe interpreted as "giving up" but it's less of a giving up and more a "giving in" and that takes incredible wisdom and strength. This is daily practice and it manifests both on and off the mat. When we surrender to all that is instead of what "could" or "should" be, things become a little bit sweeter and a little bit more full of light.
Which extreme sport do you want to try and why❓
💚🧡 We have something to share with you even we are not really into any extreme activities❗️This time we got a chance to try this adventure together! ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) is a nice way to get your adrenaline flowing and discover yourself💚🧡
Nakhon Nayok isn’t the most popular destination for foreigners, but the small province has much to offer the adventurous traveler📍The province has quite a few ATV spots with average prices in the 100-500 Baht (💲4-17). If you’ve never driven an ATV before, they are relatively easy to handle and are a lot of fun to drive⭕️ Aon used to drive an ATV with the family many times before but for Lan, it was a very first time🥰♥️
‼️You must follow all the instructions given before you set off. A guide will lead the way and offer assistance if you stall your vehicle or run into difficulties😎
The ride itself was fun through big puddles up and down rocks, through a plantation and other areas🌳You get to see hills lined with trees in the distance and cross a stream and mud puddles. Expect to be dirty and don't forget to bring extra clothes👕👖
Overall, an ATV was a fantastic fun experience👯♂️ We will be going again without a doubt!🙋♂️ Have you tried an ATV before❓Or would you like to try❓Let us know❗️

We watched a documentary over the weekend on pop star Jesy Nelson from ‘Little Mix’ and the harsh reality of social media. It really touched a nerve with us. How can people can be so vicious about somebody else’s appearance whilst hiding behind a screen? .
On 16th September 1963, Malaysian federation was formed in union with existing states of Malaya, North Borneo, Sarawak and Singapore. In August 1965, Singapore left.
Today is our public holiday and also a very wet morning. When the boat tour is cancelled, is time to have a longer brunch.
Here's our all time Malaysian breakfast favourite. Eventhough Singapore is not part of Malaysia, most of them still love this dish. I am pretty sure they would agree with me. On 31 Jan 2019, Google honoured Malaysia's national dish nasi lemak in its Doodle.
This is how I like my traditional Nasi Lemak like this, wrapped in banana leaf with simple condiments of sambal ikan billis and a quarter of hard-boiled egg and is still priced at RM1.00
This one is spicy till my tongue needs something sweet. Good thing that they are selling Kuih Buah Melaka without coloring (swipe for photo). This dessert is rice cake balls filled with palm sugar and coated with grated coconut. It is also Malaysian favourite but a recipe from Indonesia.
Brilliant brunch, I am a 🐷 now and so the rain has stopped.
Happy Malaysia Day.
“Let’s move our mattress in the living room again”
Ken and I are not home bodies by 𝘼𝙉𝙔 means. Our favorite memories usually come from trying new things and being out of the house but we can appreciate a cozy date night in ✨ This usually consists of making dinner at home, bingeing our favorite show (𝙳𝚢𝚗𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚢 𝚏𝚊𝚗𝚜 𝚠𝚢𝚊?!), and moving our mattress into the living room floor 😹

We have just returned from our second sailing excursion with the @gundalowcompany. Our concert cruise featured the musical stylings of Two Old Friends (watch with sound on!). Wifey-poo joined the line to raise the sail today! Not only is it a fun and entertaining experience but it's also educational. 😉
