Elephant Rocks is a sheltered beach in Western Australia, a few hundred metres east of popular destination Greens Pool. It is located about 15 km west from the city of Denmark, in William Bay National Park. Its name is derived from a series of exposed rocks, which from several angles resembles a herd of elephants. The thing about motivation is that it’s not always going to be there! So we need to learn how to be disciplined 🙌🏼
On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic— 66 days to be exact. Developing a new habit will vary widely depending on the behavior, the person, and the circumstances. So be patient with yourself!
Here is a great low impact workout that when completed without rest will leave your legs, glutes, core (from stabilizing) and shoulders on 🔥🔥🔥 Focus on 32 repetitions of each exercise. Three sets, only with minimal rest in between!!
