Feeling a bit blue today from a very sad event in our community. So I’m popping these three Miller babes into my feed as an appreciation post to them. They seem to get grumpy Mum more often than patient Mum at the moment, so this is a reminder for me to forever hold them close and not sweat the small stuff. .
I have missed posts and comments for the past 24 hours, but my heart has missed my little dog Beau something fierce as we said goodbye yesterday!! Beau came into our lives December 2012 as a 6 week old rescue pup when my son was recovering from surgery for Cushing's disease! He's been sleeping in his bed since! I actually knew when my son stayed out past curfew, because Beau would be in my bed till he got home. Beau nursed my daughter months later when she was in a ski accident and tolerated ridiculous costumes ever since. He has been my only companion after everyone else left for work or school, never leaving my side. He has made us smile even on our worst days. We still laugh thinking how his upper lip would stick to his gums when he smiled or his nails sounded like high heels on the wood floor or how he would run circles in our living room. He is a big part of our family and will always be king of our castle and protector of our home! We love you always, Beau! Thank you for finding us when we needed you most! . . #dogsindecor#dogsofinstgram#dogs#rescuedog#rescuedogsofinstagram#lifeofbeau#beau#rescue
