Addisyn cracks me up because she is totally a tomboy. She loves trucks and tractors and getting dirty and don’t be surprised if she tries to find all the lizards in our front yard, but she also loves dresses and shoes and being a princess 😂 she’s literally just like me and I love every second of it (well maybe not the attitude part)
This is my favorite photo recently of Honeybee 🐝 I think it really captured how much of her personality is coming to the surface. She’s stubborn, strong, but I guarantee it would be hard to find a little girl who loves people as hard as she does.
One of my favorite fall trips was last October when we visited my sister in El Paso. We loaded up 7 cousins in her van and took a day trip to the charming mountain town of Cloudcroft, New Mexico. We hiked in the leaves, stopped at the cutest Apple Barn for treats, then came home and attempted to make caramel apples, but failed. I have never been able to keep the caramel from sliding off the apple! If you have any tips send them my way!
T H A N K Y O U! ⚡️We had an amazing time at @smorgasburgla and loved meeting everyone of you who made it out! Our hats are now in San Fran, Chicago, Arkansas and London. The best part of Rascal Co. is making connections with all of Y O U!
We loved the event so much... we’ll be back next month, so we’ll keep you updated on the date!
I keep trying to come up with a cute caption, but in reality, these photos were just too beautiful to not post. Also, my dates looked amazing so I had to show them off too 😍

We’ve been struggling with bedtime lately. One of his biggest fears is sleeping alone. Sometimes he scared to start the night off alone, and other nights he cries in the middle of the night for us.
“Why do you and daddy get to sleep together, and I have to be all by myself?”
Ugh, heartbreaking 💔
First night on vacation, he was so excited to have a sleepover with cousins, but as bedtime got closer, those fears crept in. It was a long night filled with crying and even night terrors, but night two only had a few tears and each night has gotten better, so we are making progress.
Anyone else have kids who are scared to sleep alone? Please share your bedtime tips!
Goodwill had a youth kayak for sale, but it was a little pricey and I thought Little might be a bit young still so I left it behind. But Gramma and Papa took it upon themselves to go in and make the case that it was a bit overpriced. They won, got it at a great price, and now Little has his very own kayak.
The very next day (TODAY!) he was ready to try it out. He’d never been paddling alone so I figured we’d have some paddling lessons in the shallow, slightly chilly, swimming area and he’d be content. I was wrong. I went swimming today following this intrepid tiny paddler out into the deeper water.
He caught on pretty dang fast! Is he proficient? No. Does he sometimes get frustrated? Yes. But for his first time out he is doing great. He can hold his paddle correctly, do front and reverse paddles, and can turn the boat. Next time I’m going to have to bring my own boat just to keep up!
Four months and five days.
• She’s gained finger control and can grasp things with a strong grip and move them.
• She is standing for about 30 seconds while we hold her up. Strong legs!
• She can rollover and hold her head up! Mostly likes to go to the right though.
• She is teething so putting anything in her mouth to chew on is a given lol
• She weighs in the 35% range at just over 13lbs so she’s a little small but very healthy.
• She started daycare this last month and loves her teachers. We feel very confident in our decision to put her in daycare full time.
• She started laughing this month! Started playing in a sit’n’play gym! Started holding her bottle during feedings!
• Her smile.. don’t get me started.

Was this Sage's first ski trip?! My little sweetheart will have even more fun this year when the family hits the slopes again. I can feel the mountains calling...
I keep finding myself staring at this little boy with the new haircut. Somehow his “big boy” haircut has just totally changed the way he looks. 😢 #bittersweet
Yesterday after hiking at Amicalola with friends we made an impromptu trip to Mountain Valley Farm for ice cream. Even though we had to battle the Apple Houses traffic on the way (which we did not anticipate) it was a lovely & enjoyable way to spend a few hrs. .
Our boys LOVE the animals, the climbing trees, the tree stumps for jumping, and of course the ice cream. Favorite flavor: Goat Cheese Bing Cherry 😍😍😍
Do you have a favorite place for relaxation and fun? If you’re local I highly recommend taking a drive out to Mountain Valley Farm. We’ve been shopping there for quality meats for about 8-9 years and we ❤️it!
There are some people destined to succeed at something. It can take a lifetime to discover what that is and even longer to be great at it. But John Brewster? This is a kid who has the drive that most adults struggle for. A heart and desire to do something so strongly he’s willing to put his entire being into it.
John Brewster is and always will be the young bull rider with the old school soul. And with every trial he has faced just this summer alone, we are so proud to encourage and support his success!
He now has the opportunity to ride in Las Vegas, a national bull riding competition, because of his hard work and dedication that landed third place in AZ state standings. The thing is, now he needs your help, we are asking for donations and/or sponsorships to help get him to this competition! If you would like to help please click this link or the one in BIO -> https://www.gofundme.com/f/john-brewster-bull-riding-champ-in-vegas?utm_source=customer&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_campaign=p_cp+share-sheet
Remember if only 200 people donated 5$ he would be half way to his goal! The cost of a cup of coffee could launch his career and help John follow his dreams. Please share this to your profile or story to encourage others 🌱
Things we hope to teach her:
1) Ur BEAUTIFUL; How you treat others is more important
2) Don't ever go on the @bachelorabc . Nope. Hard Stop.
3) Smile first
4) God knows you more than the internet; Remember that
5) Fail with confidence; try to learn once
❤️ WE LOVE YOU ❤️
