Try to be with YOUR experience. Your experience is unique.
Get out of your head. Get into your body. Listen more to your body rather than just your head.
Stay in your lane’ - Do what YOU need to to.

First podcast in Korat and it was BIZARRE. It scared the living hell out of me because I realized that my mark still hasn’t been left. I had a dream that the plane I was in, Air Asia, had crashed. But then I woke up within the dream after the crash (perhaps a premonition) and saw everyone’s reaction to my passing. It was truly heart-breaking on a level I can’t explain, and that made me realize — to a much greater extent, that I should never take anything for granted.

Stress and overwhelm will continue to harm you if you don't take active steps to learn how to manage them. A lot of times, you'll know what you have to do, but it's hard to do it. After all, change is hard.
You get too comfortable with your daily routine - it can happen to anyone, honestly. It's difficult to change your ways and try something new. However, new behaviors and habits can truly change your life if you give them a chance. You can achieve results you never thought possible.
For example, maybe in the past you felt stressed but ignored it and then you had a bigger problem than what happened originally. You were overwhelmed at work, lashing out at loved ones and just feeling hopeless overall. Maybe then you decide to learn how to manage stress and perform stress-reducing habits. Something stressful happens and you know you will be able to overcome. You remain calm, take a breath, and realize that this too shall pass. You know you have to stay positive and you brainstorm ideas about how this challenge can be defeated. New steps + new habits = new results.
