Another post? Yep, sorry chaps but Lake Taupo is too beautiful to keep to myself! Loved being surrounded by couples soaking up the romance whilst the three of us got drunk and watched the guy next to us have some questionable rummaging - I think he enjoyed the sunset a bit too much💃
“We had the most perfect stay at beautiful Villa Cella Bella! This place is beyond expectations, the room, the amenities, the pool, the jungle view and the excellent service and food made our holidays simply perfect!” - Farah, a review from #airbnb .
Yesterday in my therapist studies we were discussing about different eating disorders and how as a professional you can help clients in their journey of healing. It made me sad to think that your own body could be your worst enemy, but this is the reality in many peoples lives.
Lets please remember not to judge people by their appearances even if it is about weight, height or how much or little the person eats. Especially since the social media is full of children and youth who read and see it all and by then are influenced because of it. There is already enough competition about what sort of body is the prettiest, thinnest or the most muscular. Negative comments will stay with you (in the worst-case scenario) for a long time.
