"Am very comf, no question my comf"
I keep picking up the covers from the floor, maybe I should stop doing that, it seems that he wants it there... although I gotta say, he doesn't look entirely comfortable but he was in fact sleeping until I stood up to snap a photo 😂
Also, thought I had prepared everything for a Windows reset on my computer... I... I forgot to export my Manga Studio custom brushes 😭🤦♀️ Any digital artist can probably feel my pain, when you have years of adjusting to get that perfect brush for you... Guess I'll be spending my evening in adjusting brushes until I have them back 😂 I'm fine losing all of the brushes except the lineart and shading pens. I did edit the lineart one not so long ago though so I think I remember most of the settings. Fingers crossed I manage to recreate it!
In good news though, so far it's a noticable performance increase in my computer! I haven't reset windows since I got it, so that's 7 years of piling up crap. It feels so nice to just wipe everything away and start clean 😍 I want to invest in a better computer eventually but it's going to be very expensive so for now I just so what I can to keep good ol' Karin in the best shape possible!
Super intrigued to hear your thoughts on racing. I’m neither pro nor anti. Simply because I think there are some trainers out there who adore their greys and treat them as any of us would. And they obviously love a good run about! But also, I don’t care for animals being used as entertainment. I don’t even go to the zoo. In fact I’d actually say I’m anti zoo! I’ve heard lots of anti racing stories and arguments, so definitely know there’s a bad side. But is it all bad? Do you all think of what you’ve done as ‘rescuing’ rather than ‘adopting’? I feel I ‘rescued’ Frank from the retired racer kennels he was at, not because they were bad, but because he’d been waiting there nearly 2 years for someone to take him to his forever home 😢. I don’t feel though that I’ve ‘rescued’ him from his racing career. I did a little asking around and apparently the people who raced him are lovely trainers 🤷🏻♀️ Would love to hear your thoughts and stories!
Part fluffy llama, part mythical creature, all Eris. .
It’s looking like a rainy Tuesday, but we’re going to use that opportunity to play hide and seek with some good treats across the house and see if we can’t start working that nose a little bit more. 🥰
