This is what I spent a huge chunk of my week working on. I was spread out all over my sewing room, really gave my green embroidery threads a workout, and had my 4 yo grandson telling me when it was time to clip a thread without even looking at the machine😁 .🧵I learned a LOT and had fun. I even made an extra set of legs and just need to find the right buttons to hold his legs down over the edge of the binding. .🧵I made mine into a table topper instead of a bench pillow and it looks great on our kitchen table. #luckofthegnome#kimberbelldesigns#mgqs
Learned a new technique doing quilting in the block behind the applique design. Been wanting to do this forever. On the Facebook Kimberbell site someone is doing a step by step tutorial for anyone that wants to learn. This is great for smaller projects that you don't want to send to a quilter. A perfect coffee cup from my DIL and Son for Christmas. #kimberbelldesigns#machineembroidery#luckofthegnome#benchpillow#kimberbellbenchpillows
Quilt piecing has been put on hold for the little gnomes. This pillow/wall hanging needs to get finished asap so my amazing quilter can do her magic. Once she's done, it'll be embellishment time. Kimberbell has the cutest spring buttons!
