If you are committed to getting more fit...you go and do it. No excuses. I have been without a car since I moved out here, I either walk or take the bus to the gym.
Do what it takes to motivate yourself. Get a new sports bra (in my case), get new shoes, make a playlist.
Walk you dog, go rock climbing, take your kids to the park, anything to get your body moving.

How we doin team??
Quick recap! Keep up with drinking your water in the morning & thinking about your form while bending & picking things up. Hopefully by this point it’s just becoming habit & you don’t have to think about it so much, but make sure to check in with yourself every now & then to self assess.
THIS WEEK we are focussing on at least 5 minutes stretching per day. I know what you’re thinking....”THATS NOT ENOUGH’”. Yeah, exactly.
A good rule of thumb is to do a 10 minute warm up/stretch before your workout & cool down/stretch after. Lots of us do none. (Guilty 🙋♀️ sometimes...) Depending on your workout & length time you may need to do more.
We could also benefit from a stretch session when we wake up & go to sleep to prepare for & wind down from the day.
I also see huge benefits from doing a major stretch session one hour a week.
SO MUCH SO OVERWHELMING! I know right. So ignore all that. Pick ONE time per day you will do a realllllll good stretch for at least 5 mins. Do it every day til you get it down. Add more over time. But for now, JUST 5 MINUTES!
Yesterday, a girl thought I was mad when I spoke of people investing in themselves... I speak passionately about the things I believe in and I guess that can come off as aggressive.
I have always been passionate about health and fitness because it changed my life in ways I couldn’t even imagine... 10 years ago, I was fat, broke and depressed. I had no confidence to change my life because I couldn’t even keep a promise to myself to be healthy.
So I had to move back in with my parents, which only led to more confidence issues. I felt like I had to totally restart my life, but it was the best thing that ever happens.
I was so sick of where I was in my life that change was the only option. I knew the one thing I could handle first was my health and fitness so I hired a trainer, paid for more education and put the self doubt aside because I felt I finally had the support I needed.
After a few short months I dropped 30lbs, saved enough for my first house and had enough confidence to follow my dream career. I became a magnet for magic because I invested in myself.
Now days, I have changed thousands of lives worldwide. Thanks to @instagram. I have my absolute dream life and feel unstoppable in the most humble way possible, which is why I pray daily people stop the self doubt and take that leap of faith because if I didn’t... Id probably still be living with my parents. Unhappy and unhealthy. The amount of happiness and confidence I have today makes me a better person. I want to give more, help more and take more action to change lives. So all I ask of you today is to believe in yourself. Due to the amount of Botox in my face... you may not be able to tell what I’m thinking butttt this is my stfu face. Haha
I hate when coaches tell you no you can’t drink, no you can’t have cheat meals, no you can’t have fun.
Now eat your lettuce and shut up!
Everyone is different, but one thing I can tell you is you can enjoy your alcohol and still see results.
One of the most important things to keep in mind when drinking is what you put in your body after... a lot of times people reach for greasy crap food (hangover cure) which is where the weight comes from.
When you drink your body is focused on getting the toxic shit broken down and out so your food is put on the back burner and stored as fat.
So be mindful of what you eat after drinking to keep your weight under control.
I don’t drink often, but when I do, I usually stick to 2 glasses of wine and try to skip donuts the next morning. 😂
