M I N I ~ Something different from our usual Monday masques! A snap of my sassy mini to brighten your morning! One of my greatest achievements is this beautiful little soul.. so proud of her 😊 ⠀⠀
Happy Monday beauties xo 😎
Thanksgiving is one of my fave holidays because it isn’t about the presents, but rather the presence. .
As a new mom it’s opened my eyes to a whole new world of gratitude. Gratitude to my mom on a deeper level. Gratitude to all mothers. Gratitude to support systems in general...Because PEOPLE and the relationships you curate between them can make or break the moments that matter. .
That was the theme around the dinner table tonight. Everything is better with a tribe. One we are lucky to have, but one that has been formed out of labour and love. .
That doesn’t mean it’s all positive. Far from. But when your heart and your mind are aligned to the greater picture, caring for each other, and happiness - that tribe is the most powerful thing on earth. .
Whether that’s family, friends, colleagues, an online health tribe, our health coach “family”...find your tribe and love them hard. And if you need one, we’ve got you! #openhearts#makememories#bepresent#happythanksgiving#liveyourbestlife
From our tribe to yours - HAPPY THANKSGIVING! 🦃🧡
Christmas is a time to go back to the origins of the season. So often, we get lost in the commercialism of the season, and lose touch of the meaning of the season.
Let’s change that. Let’s go back to a time when Christmas was more innocent. A time when Christmas was not about rushing to the nearest deal, but about giving and spending time in the moment, making memories with the ones you love, and more.
Chased her through a Jimi Hendrix corn maze, shared kettle corn together, went for a horseback ride, and won cider donuts on a potato cannon challenge- so pretty much the perfect fall day with my darling gal. Hope everyone is soaking up family time this holiday weekend!
Sharing a photo of pumpkins because I didn’t take any pictures of our fall activities this weekend. 🍂 Instead of capturing little moments on IG, I focused on creating memories in real life. I was present. I watched my son see my expressions through my face and not my phone. I spent time with family. I napped...and didn’t just “relax” while looking at my phone. And it was perfect! Just a reminder to you that there’s beauty I’m creating memories that aren’t documented. Anyone else love going 📱 free on the weekend?! #realtalk#makememories#bepresent

La escalada me brinda plenitud, llena mi alma, me hace sentirme libre, ahí en la montaña, entre las rocas, soy feliz.
(¡Ya va a salir la guía de escalada de Mineral del Chico que estamos armando y estoy súper emocionada!)

Happy thanksgiving to all my friends and family. I had a wonderful day celebrating with those closest to me with my first time hosting. Forgot to take pictures but have a few to remember the good memories. #thankful#family#makememories
“The love of wilderness is more than a hunger for what is always beyong reach; it is also an expression of loyalty to the earth, the earth which bore us and sustains us, the only paradise we shall ever know, the only paradise we ever need, if only we had the eyes to see...”
Edward Abbey 🤟🏼
Grateful for the places my little feet can carry me in my own little slice of paradise. #ogdenisawesome

A short trip is the best way to escape your daily routine - and they make happy ☺️☀️
In many ways, as the saying goes: Life is but a dream. Nothing lasts. Not even us. Everything passes. Still, we have memories. They make us smile, laugh, cry and sometimes regret.
Our moments are like jigsaw pieces: We compile them to create our memories in an effort to remember a lifetime assortment of facts, experiences, impressions, skills, habits and more. All of which are our recollections of moments of time.
When we find ourselves checking into the Memory Motel, it’s only worth our time to linger if it makes us smile. Otherwise, it’s a good idea to check out. Move on to a more pleasant time and place…like the present which is where everything is really happening.
PS: This is the original Memory Motel in Montauk, New York. The Rolling Stones wrote the 7-minute-long-song of the same name, Memory Motel, while visiting Andy Warhol’s East End home back in the mid-1970s.

A smile starts on the lips, a grin spreads to the eyes, a chuckle comes from the belly; but a good laugh bursts forth from the soul, overflows, and bubbles all around. — Carolyn Birmingham
