Congrats to our new #MissUniverse 👑 I can hardly wait to see what all she accomplishes during her reign. We are living in such a great time for woman all over the world because they are making such huge strides when it comes to self empowerment, empowerment of others and bringing forward much needed social #change 🌺 May we only be a short time away from living in a world where there are no more child brides or anyone who lives in fear because of them having been born a female! May we also no longer live in fear of raising issues such as mental health awareness or the needs of the homeless! I applaud those who are tackling those issues that will truly make a difference in the world as we know it! There were 90 young women on that stage tonight who have dedicated their lives to making a difference in these issues and so if you know me please never utter a single negative word about those who work tirelessly to better themselves and to help facilitate positive change. Yes, this is what #pageantry is all about! #truequeens#makingadifference#notjustaboutacrown#awareness#majesticmindset#envoguecoach#confidentlybeautiful
16 years ago my first job as a Role Player with Samson Khumalo and Denise Stock. This was in Nairobi Kenya, next I went to Cairo, Egypt. Little did I know that Business Simulation / Role Play would become my life 16 years later. Role Play has taken me to Washington DC, São Paulo, Santa Cruz Do Sul in Brazil, London, UK Tanzania, Lesotho, Mozambique, Kigali Rwanda and of course all around South Africa. I am TRULY grateful. #PRPT#PerformanceRolePlayTraininf#RolePlaySA#MakingaDifference

Vika is 4 years old. She is a smart and caring girl who loves cats! Her mother says she wants to bring home every cat they meet on the street.
Vika has Type 1 Diabetes. She has an insulin pump and tests her blood sugar levels several times a day. It is a hard disease to manage, especially for a very young child. But Vika doesn't let anything get her down. She has learned how to check her blood sugar levels and can identify if they are too high or too low.
The cost of all the consumables (sensors, test strips, lancets, alcohol wipes) needed to monitor her diabetes is very high. But they are essential to her safety and health.
This is why Vika and her mother need your help. US$800 will help purchase what she needs for the next three months. If we exceed our goal, we will be able to help her for longer! Every dollar counts and helps keep Vika healthy.

A beautiful afternoon of sharing our profoundly life-changing experiences of our trips to Sierra Leone and India with @themonafoundation supporters. My heart is filled with pure #love , #inspiration , and #gratitude for each of these individuals who continue to give selflessly to the betterment of humanity through supporting the #education and #transformation of girls and their communities in the most underprivileged areas of the globe. . .
We are so grateful for the support from @barlafayette and @wchurchillperth

Freedom- the act of being free from restraint.
Y'all. I wish I could bring every person with me to this conference twice a year.
Each time it is different. Each time God shows off in a different way.
I am truly honored to be part of an amazing prayer team.
It is a humbling experience to help others become free from their past, and chains and bondages that they used to carry with them.
Hey y’all! Our sale is still going on!! These make the best stocking stuffers! Last day for guaranteed shipping before Christmas is December 18th!🎄❤️

She has been burned. Her feathers, charred, her beak, blistered, and her life? Changed. The Amazonian Bird hangs her head ashamed of how the fires left her beauty tarnished, lying damaged by what she has seen and felt and it is our fault.
This year, over 7,000 square miles of the Amazon Rainforest were burned. We posted about it and then we forgot about it. We must contribute to the recovery of the most diverse area of land on the planet before it is too late, before rare and undiscovered species like this one can no longer be saved.
This is not like any other disaster we have faced. The Amazon itself supplies over 20% of our oxygen and reduces greenhouse gas emissions by taking in CO2. If this rainforest perishes, it will not only stop taking in CO2, but it will emit the carbon dioxide it has been storing for years, further polluting the atmosphere and effecting greenhouse gas emissions. If there is no recovery or prevention of these fires, there is no way to measure the amount of additional life would be lost.
She will stand strong when we stand strong.
So, what can YOU do?
-Join and create environmental and sustainability clubs on your campus or in your community!
-Reduce your paper, wood and oil consumption!
-Be cautious of your everyday consumption of greenhouse gases. -Unplug your phone/computer charger, toaster, etc. when they aren't in use
-@teamtrees is an organization which plants one tree per dollar donated to their fund. $1 can be the change we need to see in this world.
35 weeks pregnant, only 5 more weeks to go!
Working on Heart Water the past 4 years, I’ve really learned a lot about the bottled water industry which unfortunately is quite alarming. However, I have peace of mind as a pregnant mom-to-be knowing that the water I’m drinking is chemical free and free of harmful contaminates (unlike most water). The infusion of Pink Himalayan Minerals has worked WONDERS during my pregnancy. Our water provides the electrolytes my body needs for our growing boy. I have experienced ZERO swelling thus far in my pregnancy, and it has reduced my leg cramps, helped with my digestion and pregnancy insomnia.
It’s taken four years to develop Heart Water because Michael and I have truly poured our hearts into creating something that smashes what the bottled water industry has done to our environment and health.
My hope is that we can disrupt the water industry and change consumers buying habits for the purpose of making our world a better, safer place for many generations to come. #drinkheartwater#pouryourheartout

FREDDIE is now in the arms and home of his new furever family 🧡 .
My friend Melody said it best, a TRUE MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN 😇
I have been sobbing all day, the happiest of sobs since I found out. He just went home a few hours ago. He spent just 26 hours @capeopletoo before he was scooped up. This beautiful family is involved and works with those with developmental disabilities. Melody told me when she found that out, she got the chills. I mean, can you see the connection from Heaven? This rescue, and I’ve rescued hundreds, by far exceeds my wildest dreams. This one is from you Daddy and for you Daddy. In more ways then one. Thank you for keeping me going. I made the trip to the cemetery to share the news with him before I wrote this post. This lovely family knows the entire story of how FREDDIE came into my life. I am over the moon 🌙Have a wonderful life my sweet angel. I know you will be loved and pampered the rest of your life. I will love you forever! He has some fur siblings that he will be getting to know. One actually looks identical to him but short haired and was fostered by my friend @karen.rowe.52 This is such a beautiful story and certainly one for the books 📚 MY HEART IS HAPPY and I KNOW DADDY’s IS TOO 😇🧡🐾
I went and visited this little fluffy pork chop of a munchie today. Just look at him ! I couldn’t stop kissing him and loving him. He is such a heartbreaker with his floofs. He was a little shy and timid with me at first but in no time he came around. Oh and some chicken helped too. I got to brush him, which he loves. He has made a great friend in foster Dexter. I was told he is heading to the adoption floor tomorrow @capeopletoo 🙏 I know he’s going to get scooped up in no time. He absolutely loves his foster mommy @karen.rowe.52 but as with all foster mama’s, goodbye is the goal. I love you little FREDDIE. Thank you for coming into my life when I needed you. I needed a sign and reassurance from my Daddy and he sent you to me. I am so happy for you and thrilled for you to enter your next chapter. Good luck little guy, I will NEVER forget you. How could I ? You have Daddy’s name. I’ll be sure to update you all when his furever home is found 🏡 .
A very special THANK YOU to my dear friend Karen for fostering him for me and a grateful thank you to Melody for opening your floor to him. Teamwork is the dreamwork 👊🏻🐾💪🏻
