Did you know that Ihuru means Palm Trees in Dhivehi?
Ihuru island stays true to its local name as it has more than 500 palm trees dotting around the island. These trees have been there for a long time, in fact all our villas were built around the palm trees.
So if ever you see a random tree infront of your door or in the middle of the verandah, it only means we didn't cut the trees while building the villas and we tried as much as we can to keep the trees as they were.
I couldn’t decide between color or black and white, so here is both!
This was a lovely encounter with An’bu we been searching for quite a while when we spotted him cruising up in the surface waters on pelagic zone, as it was only 4 people on board we quickly jumped in and joined him too
He stayed around with us for quite a while as everyone gave him his space and code of conduct was followed up easily with such a small crowd
