I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. In the modern day, most people think of those four lines as ho’oponopono. Um. It’s much more involved than that— and incredibly effective for releasing trauma, letting go of negativity between parties & helping restore a sense of wholeness. Plus it looks pretty crazy when diagrammed!! Coming back to this practice has been instrumental in helping me let go of traumatic experiences that were held both in my physical & emotional body. Would you like a ho’oponopono session? I’m offering a special to share this powerful work. $80 for the first 10 people. $100 after that. Sessions can be online or in person. Just pm me for the link!
Enjoying a luau on Maui. Totally a tourist thing, for sure, but there are threads of the ancient traditional culture, and, touristy or not, the dancing was great, the food was good, and the setting was beautiful—an evening well-spent.
Lange Spaziergänge auf den einsamen Strände von Oahu.
Miss it 🙏🏽.
I miss it🤙🏽🙏🏽.
Chin up Baby Cruz! 💙
🎶“Come Fly ☁️With Me, We’ll Fly We’ll Fly Away” - Frank Sinatra🎶
JD & I danced to this tune & into our marriage ❤️ over 9 years ago. We met as a couple of jersey wearing athletes ⚾️ ⚽️ at age 19 at University of Miami 🙌🏽.
We’ve flown ✈️ together to some incredible destinations, but mostly steadily through some challenging winds & turbulence since that time —> Med school, Residency & Fellowship, and a 4,700 mile magnitude move to Hawai’i.
Now we fly our babies around, and it’s my favorite view. 🤩👶🏽
I used to work in toy company for 4years in Japan.
I was scolded a lot by my ex boss, but I had that time, I could grow.
I told him I like Godzilla1989 and Biolantte.
Because it was my first time to watch Godzilla movie at movie theater when I was little.
He remembered that story and he gave me these toy sample and Mr. Kawakita(Godzilla movie director)'s signiture😄
He is usually scary, but he is sweet boss.
Sometimes it has hard time in life, but it makes me grow up.
And I don't forget the people who made me grow up.
The meaning of ᗩᒪOᕼᗩ is "the presence of breath" or "the breath of life." It comes from "Alo," meaning presence, and "ha," meaning breath. ᗩᒪOᕼᗩ is a way of living and treating each other with love and respect. Its deep meaning starts by teaching ourselves to love our own beings first and afterwards to spread the love to others.
ᗩᒪOᕼᗩ is sending and receiving a positive energy. ᗩᒪOᕼᗩ is living in harmony. When you live the Spirit of ᗩᒪOᕼᗩ, you create positive feelings and thoughts, which are never gone. They exist in space, multiply and spread over to others.
