A lot of times, we focus our energy on establishing goals and visualizing our ideal futures. This is important and valuable, but so is the steps you put forth to GET THERE!
Remember, when you set goals, you also set an ACTION PLAN that outlines the journey necessary for achieving your dream. It’s the day discipline and habits, that you develop your grit, where you build yourself and your team, realize what works for you and what doesn’t, and see your character develop.
So next time you look at your goal, spend some extra time on your action steps. Consider HOW you are going to climb that mountain and who will be the person you become once you reach the peak!!
In the comments, let me know where YOU ARE on your journey to the top and how I can help!

I’ve been thinking a lot of what it’s going to take to get to the next Level. Who do I have to become to accomplish certain goals I have. Not little goals but Huge goals that we are all capable of.
I heard this one time “whatever got you to where you are at right now will not get you to the next place you want to be” what does that mean? Means you got to do more! ⬇️
I call it Leveling up. It’s time to level up in every area of life. Level up with my workouts level up with my relationship with God Level up with my relationship with my wife Level up with my business.
Thinking of reaching a new me Fire’s me up! This is why I wake up early this is why I get after it every day. Is it easy? No not for a minute there’s been so many times I want to quit throw in the towel and walk away but when you have BIG goals there’s no time to quit.
Just wanted to share this with you today let’s all level up a little bit starting today!

These things come in clutch whenever I am traveling ... a little too big to bring on a plane but easy to fit in a vehicle for a road trip. Especially with gyms and supplies being limited it’s important to plan ahead.
What are some of your travel tricks to keep you on track?

The power of positive thinking
Is the second that guide me in my journey.
At this time I was in the middle of
my 75 days Challenge
✅ Meditation & Prayers
✅Goals & Affirmations
✅10 pages book
✅Working on my business
✅40 min work out
Recommended by @marisolalfaro1 and @juanjaimeceo @marisolalfaro1 told me:
“this is the audio I’m listening right now. I’m sure you gone love it Madame!”
She was right .
I listened the audio, bought the book and the audible.
I didn’t only read it . I studied it. Making my little flash card to add to my daily affirmation.
I use to have anxiety
(I’m an overachiever, can never stop thinking)
After the BrainFitLife program and the power of positive thinking.
I feel ready to conquer the World 🤗
When you’re focused on a singular external purpose it can be easy to overlook your underlying cause.
I’ve been broke, I’ve had a good amount of money, I’ve been broke again, and I’m doing alright. Not nearly enough.
13 years ago I began my professional journey making $50,000 a year. Real quick I learned it was just enough to get by, however I’ve only had one speed as long as I can remember and it’s full on foot on gas and head out of ass.
I believe no matter what, through hard work and integrity great things will happen. I’m not talking about the hard work where you show up everyday and punch a time clock.
I’m talking about the hard work where you travel 36 weeks out of the year running on little sleep and caffeine cultivating business in different countries. I’m talking about taking a $15 million company and turning it into a $70 million company. I’m talking about diversifying into multiple different segments you’ve never competed in. I’m talking about grinding so hard you lose yourself in the process.
This shit isn’t for the weak. I’ve missed more of my children’s sporting events and birthdays than I can remember. I lost myself, I was borderline alcoholic and overweight. Putting work in front of my relationships, I’ve been divorced twice.
For the last 13 years I’ve lived out of suitcases traveling to over 15 countries, 5 continents, and over 40 USA states spending more time alone than with the people I love.
Most think of overnight success, but this took me 10 years.
It’s easy for me to relate fitness with work/life... I’ve witnessed people for many years not change in the gym, even tho they show up everyday, they remain the same. They lack the discipline, the focus, the plan, and execution.
Many people think I’m crazy and maybe selfish for missing more than 1/2 a year of my family for work and I’m ok with that. I’m more intense than most and most definitely am not for everyone.
I am working a plan, I am changing the precedent in my family heritage, I am pioneering a new future, and I will leave a legacy.
Sometimes the curtain doesn’t reveal what it’s truly shading and at times, a distraction.
I’ll never stop - there are no excuses.
Hi. My name is Nick and I’m an alcoholic. I’m also diagnosed with PTSD (which is a pot of crap that includes depression, anxiety, and hypervigilance for me).
I’m also somebody who in the time frame of 22 years lost a father to cancer, watched his little brother be run over and killed by a semi-truck, was in foster care for a year after that, was a teenage father, was a Marine who served 47 missions in Iraq and saw some of the most horrific things man can witness, resigned from public office in shame and ended up serving 120 days in jail, held a gun in my mouth because I didn’t know how else to stop being tired, has been homeless, divorced two times, endured a horrific custody battle, and jobless as a father and husband.
That was my journey from 1993 to 2015.
Something else: I’m sober 8.5 years (3,147 days to be exact), married to a beautiful wife, have a beautiful family that involves four children and a grandchild. I’m at a better place professionally than I ever have been. I am eligible to compete professionally in Men’s Physique Bodybuilding. I live life and love life more than I have since 1993. Today I do that. Yesterday I did that. Tomorrow I will do it again.
The trick: Work ethic. Working on myself – mind, body, and soul. Accepting responsibility for my faults, working to learn about myself, striving to become better, faster, stronger, more compassionate, and more knowledgeable daily. Because the journey is what it’s about.
Takeaway: Stop sulking. Stop living in the past. And no matter how bad it gets, ending your own life is not the answer. Lace up your boot straps, look to those who have conquered life, mimic them with your own twist, and never quit the fight.
Solid leg day before a long trip in the car 😅
For me there’s something about throwing some 45’s on for reps. I always have this flashback to my high school weights class where I had no idea what I was doing. I was asked to “max out” in front of the whole class. When I asked how to do that, my coach said “throw on the most you can squat”. I had no idea. I threw some 45’s on and FAILED. I was so embarrassed.
It’s almost just proving to myself that I’m capable of pushing past my limits. I wasn’t as confident back then and now I know it’s okay to fail, it just gives you new goals to go for. HOWEVER I’m disappointed that anyone would be thrown in a weight room for the first time without proper instruction. Nobody should ever tell you to max out on a lift without properly instructing you how to do the lift in the first place. Find yourself a good coach/friend that knows what they’re doing! You’ll get farther with proper form than you will with HEAVY weight!!!

Showing up consistently has been one strong tool in becoming a dominant voice in your space.
Except you don't plan to be one. Or help a lot of persons truly showcase their skills.
Naomi Osemedua @naomiosemedua showed up consistently and became a strong voice on periscope. Today's she's a Tedx speaker and visibility specialist
Angie Lee @angieleeshow started her podcast with just her mother as her audience. Today her podcast went on to become one of the most listened to. She's indeed a marketing ninja.
You could even name the next example. In fact, you could have experienced the difference in one aspect of your life.
We all begin as unknown, with lots of imperfections and areas to improve upon.
But when you keep showing up, it doesn't just get better. You also get better.
In public speaking.
In hosting sold out conferences.
In becoming a trusted advisor.
In becoming a voice for many.
Would you decide to show up consistently?
Meanwhile, feel free to follow those great personalities mentioned above... They are indeed skilled and fun to be with.
Don't keep this to yourself. Share if it is of value to you.
she doesn’t go with the flow. she is the flow. her story is one of intellect and curiosity. guided by feeling, she moves from a place of expansion. always seeking honest spaces where her lungs can breathe and she can share her truest self with those around her. she’s different. rare, even. a cosmic rebellion interlaced with good intentions. she believes in the impact of her own momentum and what her gifts can offer the world. i am her... 🦅🤍

I pledge to myself
To look for the win in unwinnable situations
To never listen to naysayers no matter how hard they try
To believe in myself even in the darkest moments.
To never doubt myself even when everything looks against me
To never lower my standards no matter how convenient it looked.
To cut people who are bringing me down no matter how close they were.
To stay focused in a world full of distractions
To choose the hard way no matter how tempting the easy way looked.
To Constantly put myself in uncomfortable situations to grow rather than staying in my comfort zone.
To fight until the end and never give up.
To improve everyday Mentally, Physically, Emotionally and spiritually.
To achieve my ultimate Goal in life no matter how crazy it looked for everyone else.
Its time for you to give a pledge to yourself or to renew your pledge. 💯
It’s nearly impossible to accomplish success without any sort of connections
How would you like to develop a network
That you can instantly tap into
And nearly every single time
You have found the solution or answer you were looking for
What would that do for your life & business?
That’s the power of CONNECTIONS
They’re worth more than money
Wouldn’t you agree?
What if I told you that you no longer have to chase..
Chase new clients
Chase for opportunities
Chase new business
Chase new relationships
Well, Unless you take a shot of cheap vodka.
Then you will definitely need a chaser haha
Connecting with others has never been easier
Once you have established a Personal Brand
Everything flows much smoother and efficiently
You become an irresistible
magnet of attraction
For business, dates, friends
You name it!
I’m grateful for the relationships this industry has brought me
For the opportunities
For the phenomenal network that I have
I was even able to start my own business online
I have connected with some incredible people
Attracted my dream clients
Created successful partnerships
Hired talent top tier talent for my agency
Everything is I need is in the palm of my hand
Just ‘one’ DM away
That’s what I call Personal Branding
You’re just one connection away
Get what you want, whenever you want

I’ve started to find peace and enjoyment in the process instead of focusing on the final destination. I use to (still am tbh) a little bit impatient and it’s hard for me to always enjoy the process. It’s something I’m actively trying to improve and get better at. @reneeamberg said something in her recent video that stood out to me. She said “Life is not a schedule yet you’re still on time” and that hit me. I’ve been seeing more signs ( #444 !!) that reassure me that, you’re on the right path, relax. Everything will work out, just gotta take it one day at a time and enjoy the process of things rather then stressing the end result. “Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.” - Lao Tzu. If you needed a reminder a reminder that you’re on the right path — Here it is. I believe in you✨ happy hump day 🍑✨🤍 PS love this mask. @cocokind is my fav

L𝗜𝗞𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥, 𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗘 𝗦𝗢𝗡
Always remember that your children are a reflection of 𝗬𝗢𝗨.
What you say.
What you do.
How you act.
How you live.
All of your actions are recorded in their subconscious whether you like it or not.
How do you lead?
What is your “operating system”?
Here are three of mine.
1) Create a 𝘗𝘖𝘚𝘐𝘛𝘐𝘝𝘌 impact

Don’s ever under estimate the little guy. I’m sure the bro @anwar won’t mind if I use him as an example since this photo was his idea. I use to be the new guy, the smaller guy. I’m still that guy compared to many. My goal from the beginning was always progression. I didn’t know how big or shredded I could get. I figured, if I implemented the basic fundamentals of bodybuilding and nutrition, I’d see results. The body is a complex machine but it’s not rocket science. If you do your homework and you’re not interested in mind games, your body will have no choice but to change.
Yes genetics plays a role. We all have different genetics and even if I had a twin, our mental approach to life would different. At the end of the day, you have the potential to master what you have. Everyone motivates me but I’m not interested in looking like anyone else. You genetics, your facial and muscular structure is what makes you unique.
Throughout my journey, I focused on mastering my mind and body. I worked on embracing my identity in every way possible. You can do the same. No one can be you. That’s power. Don’t give that away trying to be someone you’re not. You’ll find that many of the people that are afraid to try will be the first ones to laugh at you. Pray for them. It’s a curse to be enslaved by your own mindset. You have to keep your eyes on the prize and starve all distractions. Progression irritates Transgression. You work ethic will rub some people the wrong way. Understand and accept that this comes with the territory.
If you look at me and think you can’t maximize your own potential, you’re playing yourself. Anyone that knows me knows I’m dead serious about progression. Lead me, follow me or get out the way. That mindset is a choice. Choose results. Choose profession. Inspire and motivate the people around you. Get shredded and stay humble.
