I had interrupt the moody autumn series with a #tuscansunset 💕
Yesterday afternoon I decided to ride my bike to #poppi . I had worked most of the morning and my eyes were begging to be away from an lcd screen at least for a while 😅 I also pretended that I needed to buy a few things that could only be found at a supermarket there - just to have an extra motivation 😄 It has been terribly cold for my taste, but I've been wise enough to wear gloves and a hoodie. Now, I don't know what the drivers who passed me by thought about that particular style choice, as the hoodie was pink and tightly bound around my face leaving just a small portion of it in sight 🤭🤭 It did keep me warm though 😁 And as soon as I got out of the supermarket, I saw these incredibly beautiful #clouds and rushed towards an area without obstacles to take a few shots and share them with you 😉 I thought that the #silhouette of the #poppicastle added extra charm to the pictures - I hope you agree with me ☺️ #inlovewithtuscany
These shots reminded me @__enrico77__ who's an expert at #sunset shots and has generously supported me for a while now 🙏🙏🙏 You should check out his amazing gallery!

The Tower of London, officially Her Majesty's Royal Palace and Fortress of the Tower of London, is a historic castle located on the north bank of the River Thames in central London. It lies within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, which is separated from the eastern edge of the square mile of the City of London by the open space known as Tower Hill. It was founded towards the end of 1066 as part of the Norman Conquest of England.
The Tower of London has played a prominent role in English history. It was besieged several times, and controlling it has been important to controlling the country. The Tower has served variously as an armoury, a treasury, a menagerie, the home of the Royal Mint, a public record office, and the home of the Crown Jewels of England.
The famous castle of Aaarrrrggh (I hope I spelled that right), once thought home of the holy grail. But the French got there first... you can read all about it in the chapter entitled "why everyone hates the French" in the annals of King Arthur (or as the French called him, Monsieur Arthur King), as brought to life by Monty Python.
The castle was owned by the Stewart clan until its 7th chief lost it in a drunken bet to the Campbells.
