In general there are 24 restaurants in Barcelona with the stars. I was in the 6, so I will leave here the small reviews of all.
Lasarte ⭐⭐⭐ @lasartebcn Really good service and amazing food: every plate was a surprise and super, unbelievable tasty, so you literally want to lick the plate. No weired food only very interesting combinations full of harmony.
Tickets⭐ @ticketsbar I was there with an unusual dinner when Albert Adria and Alex Atala were cooking together special spanish-brazilian food. Bright, delicious, unusual: ants, sweet potato for a dessert, and cloudy food which literally was exploring in my mouth! Magic! So you feel like you are a kid who is trying all new things.
Koy Shunka⭐ @shunka_bcn True Japanese cuisine, which is really interesting. In this place you have all the variants with fish and other things: eel with different textures, amazing meat, matcha things, several variants of cooked tuna....So if you like Japanese food you have to visit this place to feel real taste of these country.
Pakta⭐ @paktarestaurant If you in love with fish I think this is the best place in Barcelona where you can eat it. Pure taste of seafood with a mix of very delicate and delicious details: botarga with tofu from almonds, scallop with miso, tuna with different variants, oysters... and one of the bonus and surprise things is an amazing chocolate dessert!
Enigma⭐ @enigmaconcept One of the most experimental restaurant which I have ever visited! You don't know what it will be on your plate next: rabbit's brain, pigeon's meat or shrimp's head. Raw. Be ready to be surprised at all!
Hoja santa⭐ @hoja_santa Mexican food is one of my favourite! Delicios meat, guacamole, cactus and also famouse sphered olivas (hello, el bulli! So you have 2 last fotos from this restaurant because of olivas)), Sweet dessert in form of caterpillar on aloe and a lot of different amazing things. You can drink tequila and make tacos by yourself with the warm corn tortillas and amazing meat!

Vous n'êtes peux être pas au courant, mais à la Cantine de la section on vous propose maintenant un menu du soir à 25€ (entrée, plat, dessert). Il change tous les jours selon les envies du chef et des arrivages. On se dit à ce soir ? 😉
This months fish course at the #chefsapartment is daurade, coming from Veta la Palma in southern Spain. The filet is covered with razor clams, Krystal Caviar, toasted sesame seeds and ginger. The fish sits next to a sweet potato purée and a creamy clam fumet.
