Why I stopped f factor... •
Back in October I started following the f factor diet by Tanya Zuckerbrot. I went full in. I bought the books, the crackers followed all the f factor influencers on IG and followed Step 1 of the diet to a T. After about 2 months on the diet, I had lost a good amount of weight which was exciting but I started to notice some signs that my body was out of whack. I hadn’t gotten my period in two months, my hair was falling out at a larger than normal rate, and my skin was so so dry. I saw a few stories by @thewellnecessities, @michelleshapirord and @happyhealthysarahh talking about some women having negative experiences with the diet such as loss of period and disordered eating. Inspired by these ladies, I took a step back and looked at what I was eating. I was consuming way more processed foods than normal, constantly worried about food, and was afraid to touch a sweet potato. Right then and there I knew I had to change my patterns in order to stop myself from going down a scary path. I started incorporating more healthy fats and healthy carbs back into my routine without overwhelming myself and kept an eye on how I was feeling and let go of trying to lose weight. 2 weeks later I’m happy to report that by eating a plant based diet that includes plenty of vegetables, healthy carbs, and healthy fats, I have got my period back and my hair and skin feel so lustrous again! I don’t believe the founder or program have malicious intent, but I can see how it creates disordered eating and fear of foods. I found my body and my mind was not responding well and it was time for a change. I’ll continue to focus on eating minimally processed WHOLE PLANT FOODS, and will always continue to learn what makes me feel my best. Every body is different, and our bodies are so smart - don’t be afraid to listen to those internal cues. •

This wonderful story downloaded into my head when I was meditating about 8 weeks ago. ⠀
I quickly wrote everything down ( I get a lot of book titles and ideas and if I don't write it down immediately I forgot - what about you?) I decided to get my 2 children to help me with the illustrations so we did an initial 10 then I added 5 as I realised the story needed more of Pin! So I uploaded the book into Amazon today. One of the big lessons of this year is that it’s all a continuous practice to better ourselves. And it’s our choice, too, to make those commitments, and to take action, time and time again. ✨✨
I wonder - do you know what you’re making a commitment to this coming year? Is there something that sticks out for you in particular?
Whatever it is, ask yourself - is this really important to me, or am I committing to something because I think I have to?
And talking of taking consistent action - having a good support network around you is half the battle to really making it happen 🌸

You don’t need to spend hours meditating in silence with your eyes closed and candles lit... The reality is, you just need a small period of your day to observe.
You can observe your thoughts with reflection. You can observe your environment with a walk outside. Or, you can observe a soothing noise by mantra meditation.
There are only positive benefits to meditation and mindfulness practice. Over time, you’ll even notice that little parts of your day that were once subconscious (e.g., brushing your teeth, cooking) become mini mindfulness moments. —

Jeg har erfart mye. Jeg har drevet med fitness konkurranser og jeg har vært i dårlig form. Kontrasten mellom de er stor. Da ryggen svikta her nylig fikk jeg virkelig kjent på hvor dritt det er å ikke få føle seg sterk mentalt og fysisk da jeg ikke fikk løfte tungt. Det sugde🤪😩
Så jeg verdsetter enormt verdien av å kjenne på den vanvittige mestringen, fysisk og mentalt gjennom styrketrening. Å derfor har VPHC programmet på 8 uker som lanseres i morgen, styrketrening som et must💪🙌🏋️♂️🥰

Which word resonates with you today? Some people like to pick one word that resonates and do a quick meditation. If you want to try it: Take a deep breath as much as you can. Repeat until you feel centered and present. Then tune into your heart space for a minute while repeating that word you picked over and over to yourself. Just for a minute.

This part of you doesn’t complain or stress out about every little thing that comes your way! This part sees possibility and adventure in everything.
ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL THINGS WE CAN DO AS ADULTS IS REMEMBER HOW TO BE LIKE CHILDREN.
I’d like to encourage you to think of “play” less as something you do, and more as a state of being. How do you access your state of play?
What can you do today to bring you back to a more creative, lighthearted state?? For me, the easiest way to access this is loud music and dancing my heart out! Sometimes it’s playing Super Mario Bros on Nintendo. And when I had a dog, running around with him at the park would definitely get the job done!

Heute bin ich mit meinem Schatz in Graz, weil morgen ein Termin ansteht. So verbinden wir das Notwendige mit etwas Schönem und gönnen uns quasi eine kleine Pärchen Auszeit.
Grade in der doch hektischen Vorweihnachtszeit sind solche Momente so wertvoll! Sich regelmäßig Zeit zu schenken, im Hier und jetzt sein, den Alltag draußen lassen, lachen und gemeinsam träumen. ..das bedeutet für uns Glück!

Whether you use the term or not, doesn’t matter, we are all intuitive and have the ability to tap in to our all knowing intuition. there are many different ways to use it. ✨Some people unfortunately don’t use it or don’t “believe in it” but it’s a gift we all have.🙏🏼
#nobra#noproblem 🙌🏼 Ich verzichte schon seit einiger Zeit auf meine BH‘s. Ich mag es nich wenn es drückt & ungemütlich ist.
Bei einem Umfang von 65cm ist auch gar nicht so leicht einen guten BH zu finden. Im Winter merkt es keiner weswegen ich mir nichts anhören musst. Im Sommer ändert sich alles. Die Leute gucken blöd. Manche fragen ob ich meinen BH vergessen habe. Selbst mein Mann geht mir auf den Sack & fragt warum man meine nippel sieht. Ist dir kalt? Bist du geil? Da kommt mir manchmal echt die kotze hoch. Wenn man bei Männern die Nippel sieht juckt es niemanden. Eine Frau muss sich ständig was anhören & sich am besten auch noch erklären. Ich finde es so ungerecht. Es ist egal ob wir klein , groß, dick oder dünn sind. Ob wir schöne oder unförmige Brüste haben. Ob sie operiert sind oder nicht. Wenn wir keinen BH tragen möchten dann lassen wir es einfach 😌 Ich zumindest. Ich höre mir den scheiss der anderen an & Denke mir nur noch - hier rein, da raus. Verzichtet ihr manchmal auch auf euren BH? Und merkt ihr wie die Menschen darauf reagieren wenn sie es bemerken?
