When we look outside ourselves we dream, 💫 BUT when we look inside of ourselves and see our worth we awaken! 🔥
I love this quote and it really speaks to me. There were so many years where I would put up with things that didn’t sit well with me, things within myself that I pushed away to not deal with and surround myself with people that didn’t have goals for themselves. ✋🏼 Enough was enough and I finally found my self worth, finally started going after my goals and pushing myself to learn why I treated others the way I did or why I would let others treat me inappropriately. All I can say is WOW, the journey is hard but so worth it in the end. I am by NO means perfect but am learning each and every day how to be the best version of myself I can be. Learning what I really want out of this life and making moves to get there. All you have to do is put the time and effort into yourself. Ask what you really want and how do you want to be treated? Look up to those people that are already where you want to be, do personal development, 🌱and have a set plan and timeline! Why are you waiting? No one is magically going to save you from your own demons face them, learn from them and forgive yourself and others✨

Who’s in control??? The conscious part of the brain is creative, problem solving and pretty positive... The subconscious part of the brain 🧠 is all about habits and survival!

So imagine the power of bringing those two parts of the brain together 😳🥳 Imagine how wonderful it could be if you could change those thoughts and behaviours? Change those repetitive thoughts into more positive ones? 🥰
Because after all they are doing scientific research to show how our thoughts can affect even our cells!

Make a commitment next year to meet more people doing interesting things in this world.
There’s no shortage of genius, no matter how bright your peer group is.
Your world of what you think is impossible becomes possible very quickly when you realize how much bigger others are thinking.
Are you feeling FRUSTRATED and STUCK?!?
Do you constantly overthink and over analyze everything? How many calories did I have at breakfast, how much fat is in this sandwich, should I work out more because I ate a slice of pizza? What diet should I follow next….the number of crazy making thoughts could go on and on.
I call this your “mind chatter” and if its on overdrive all day long its near impossible to accomplish anything. Not to mention the amount of stress and anxiety you experience by being in your head all day. Its crazy making!
Your mind can be your worst enemy and the more you exist in your head, overthinking and over analyzing everything the more you will continue to feel frustrated and stuck. You need to calm the crazy!
So next time you find yourself in that rocking chair, try to stop your train of thought and reframe your thinking. You can even give that nasty, annoying voice a name and tell her to shut the f**k up!
Let me know what helps you calm the crazy of your mind when you find yourself overthinking everything. 🦍❤️ @evolveyouwellness
Nothing changes if nothing changes... I know it can be so hard and something we have to constantly work on but we need to break the cycle and alter what we are doing or the way we are doing it.
Make the commitment to yourself to make changes for the better.

Do you ever sit back and wonder "why is this memory from years ago still bothering me?" Like many others, you have probably spent countless hours journaling in hopes of deciphering the problem, followed up by a shot of feel good affirmations.
But, what if it isn't working for you?
I have a few rules to share with you that will help you reclaim your power and more deeply believe in your self worth, faster than ever before.
So let's jump in.
First rule -- you can only ask "why" once. "Why" is a question to use only to dump your feelings out and get your thoughts going.
Second rule -- ask "how" and "what" questions.
These questions are critical because they force your mind to expose limiting beliefs, insecurities, and other blocks that keep you from truly stepping into your power.
Third rule -- allow yourself to feel.
You MUST allow yourself to tune into what you feel because at the root, there's often a fear or insecurity that needs some lovin'. Fourth rule -- allow yourself to cry.
When the tears start flowing, that's a sign that you are about to make a breakthrough; so let 'em flow.
Fifth rule -- begin rewriting all of the limiting beliefs.
Begin saying affirmations that counteract your limiting beliefs and lean in as you say them.
Please be sure to save this post so you can refer to it over and over again, because it truly is gold.
This is EXACTLY what I have done to go from constant anxiety attacks, super insecure, and overwhelmed, to inner peace, confidence, and greater abundance.
While this method of journaling isn't easy, it's highly powerful and will truly be a game changer for you.
Let me know in the comments below if you plan to give it a try.
That part fall in love with yourself with passion & respect, Be careful with who you listen too not everyone wants what's best for you, learn to respect & trust self... #selfcare#believeinyou#mindsetiseverything 💋

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE HOLIDAY SCENT?
I can’t be alone when I admit one of the best parts about the holidays is the smell of E V E R Y T H I N G. No matter where you go, the aroma of the holidays seems to waft through the air.
Did you know that your sense of smell is one of your most powerful senses you have?
It not only helps you clearly recall one winter morning from years ago where you woke-up to freshly baked cinnamon rolls.
It is also a huge component of how you taste things... yup... up to 70% of what you taste when you eat is actually driven by the smell of your food!
So, those delightful cinnamon rolls pack a 1-2 punch with aroma and flavor.
I've got a trick for you this holiday season. Go to a craft store like Michaels or Joann's and purchase raw wooden ornaments. (You know... the ones that you always imagine painting someday.)
Well, now's your chance. Fetch those wooden ornaments and douse them with a few drops of seasonal essential oils. There are many blends on the market. Or, you can be a purist with rosemary or cinnamon. Make sure to find food grade oils just-in-case a fur baby (or heck, little kid) decides to play with it.
Then, place the ornaments around your home, office, luggage or car.
Ahhhh.... low toxin air freshener that looks festive, as well.
Not up for a crafty moment? Then, grab a bag of the cheapo scented pine cones and throw the whole bag (without opening it) into your trunk. No Martha Stuart certificate needed :)
Tell me, what scent would you use?

“You are only confined by the walls you build yourself.” I use to think staying in my comfort zone was the best place to be. I didn’t want to be challenged. I was scared to do anything different, and to be different. I accepted the limitations that I created for myself. Such things like I didn’t want to go to a restaurant by myself because people will think I’m weird, I didn’t want to go to a gym by myself because I didn’t know anyone and people will stare at me, I didn’t want to go to a school band or chorus concert by myself because I felt weird sitting alone, I didn’t want to go to the mall or a store by myself because people will think I’m a loser with no friends. Yes I really thought all of these things and still battle them sometimes. Unfortunately these are just some of the limitations I have created for myself.
If you think all of this is silly, you are probably right. I often reflect, myself, on how silly all of it is. But instead of beating myself up, I remind myself that everyday I get a little stronger and step out of my comfort zone a little more. I may only be taking steps, but every step is a step in the right direction. I will eventually crush all of the limiting beliefs I put on myself.
Are you ready to crush your own limiting beliefs yet?

"Unity is strength. . . when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved." -- Mattie Stepanek #teamworkmakesthedreamwork -
There are a million different reasons why I love this business. I think the thing I love most is how it’s changed my perspective the day to day. Not only am I a more grateful less stressed person, but I realize all the excuses I made, I MADE, for example no time, not knowing enough people, being shy, not having money...they were all out of fear.
Fear that I wouldn’t succeed, fear of what others might think, fear of the unknown because let’s face it- this kind of work isn’t what we’re conditioned to believe is the right thing to do but before we start we don’t know how great it really is.
I will forever be thankful for this business. Thankful for the friendships I’ve made, thankful for the person it’s made me, thankful for what it’s taught me. And let’s not forget how it’s blessed me with $$ too!
