Imagining the day when Renovation-Armageddon is over and we can run free in our backyard once more. And bark at birds, and chase lizards, and dig up grubs. And, most importantly, roll in possum poo. #ruby
Do it for you.
I woke up this morning and the first words that popped into my head was “do it for you”. I was wanting to do yoga, but I felt resistance in talking and sharing parts of myself in that way.
Negative thoughts raised their little heads like, I’m being soft, I’m going back on my word, or that I’m untrustworthy. I have to purposefully show compassion to myself because I know that it’s untrue, but like I spoke about in yesterday’s sessions- things change. Plans change.
I’m good at following the rules I make for myself, it’s always been something that’s helped me. But it does mean that I need to constantly reflect on those rules to make sure they still serve me.
So I’m going to see how I feel, take some time to make sure my actions line up with my goals. Mental, emotional, spiritual and physical goals.
Hello and thank you to those you have been following along this past month with our morning yoga sessions, I suggest you move your body and your breath the way you know how. Trust in yourself.

The rainy weather is pawfect for cuddling and naps 🧸💤
Our Grandpa turned 80 and they brought this giant floating creature in to the house so now I need to watch it carefully to make sure it doesn't attack and tbh I really don't need any extra jobs right now 🙄 #ruby#overworked#workingfromhome#isobirthday
The humans said we're not allowed to eat chocolate bunnies so I tried to eat a chocolate bilby instead, but apparently that's not allowed either. Then I tried to eat a faux bunny, but they stopped me doing that too. The fun police are really cramping my style 🐇🍫🚫 #ruby#easterdoggy
