A week ago today I checked off a big thing on my bucket list ✅ and hiked to the Delicate Arch in Arches National Park. I’ve wanted to do this my whole life. I intended on hiking it a few years ago but didn’t feel like my feet could handle it so I just viewed it from afar. My family did the hike then, and were there as a man fell off the cliff. After hearing this I was unsure if I’d ever be able to do it. This time around, I was more afraid and in more pain with my feet. But guess what? I DID IT. And I am SO proud. It was hard and amazing. And I feel I was able to do it because I had an incredible support system along the way. @leahkimkhiev and @bree_despain are such positive, dedicated and supportive friends and I couldn’t have done it without them. I “may” have had a slight panic attack on the way back down due to the narrow and steep path facing a cliff, but they helped me keep going. And I’m incredibly glad I did. It was definitely a mind over matter situation. Thanks girls, you rock. And @archesnps rocks too. 🌅 #supportyourfriends#mytribe#archesnationalpark#delicatearch#moabutah#utahisrad#bucketlist#challengeaccepted
Caity and I took my mom climbing for her 62nd birthday! She rocked it and wanted to climb route after route. My love for the outdoors was rooted in me by my mom. She taught me to love adventure and always try new things. I’m glad I could share one of my favorite hobbies with her today. #climbing#climbutah#moabutah#rockclimbing
Great day out at #deadhorseultra today. It was beautiful out and I got a new PR on their 50k course, 4 hours and 26 minutes. Shaved about 20 minutes off my last finish. Thanks @madmoose.events for a great event!
My main squeeze behind the camera making me laugh...while riding me into the ground. 🤪 That’s how we work...he stretches my comfort zones and I’m along for the ride. 😂 (Sometimes it’s the other way around.) 😜
Wouldn’t have been able to capture all the scenes of our trip without the one and only @adammblair. Who is not only great company but obviously a great photographer as well. While I’m usually the one training, doing safety checks and calculations, having people around who capture the moments are so talented & great.
I’m now back up in the valley, giving the bus a quick rest for a minute.
Where should I go next? 📍
@womenontheroad interviewed me for their podcast a couple of weeks ago.
It went live yesterday on Spotify & iTunes or wherever you listen to podcasts.
I’ll be honest, I was nervous to hear it. Not because I said something embarrassing (I definitely did, I have no filter these days.)
But because I don’t feel as strong today, as the Aubrey in the podcast.
And that’s okay, that is reality.
Sometimes I’m ready to conquer the world & sometimes I only have the energy to conquer an entire season of a Netflix show.
But it was so good to hear from that side of myself.
To be reminded, in my own voice, the lessons that Z taught me.
So if you have thirty minutes, go check it out. I’ll be over here finishing this season of The Great British Baking Show. Hah

My strategy if I’m ever stranded. Put on the most extra outfit you’ve got and blind them with sequins, works every time! (Swipe for hilarious BTS!) 🤣Make sure you have your volume on to hear @mvandersluis commentary! #hitchhiking#extra#hitchhikerfashion
