So I guess I should introduce this annoying shadow ⚫️ that follows me around every time I see him.... His name is Alvin #thepug . Jk, I secretly kinda love him.. just not when he’s trying to get attention from my mom! 😅 #jealouspuppy#mommasboy
The first 30 mins of playtime I don’t really like him, I growl and show him teeth... and he just keeps following me around.. but after I put him in his place (many times), we’re able to play and chase one another! He hasn’t learned how to play tug of war yet, but maybe I’ll teach him.
Now all we need is a Theo in the crew but I think mom and dad will get another doodle in a year or two 🤫 so they can name him Theo! #simonalvintheodore
What an idyllic picture right?
Don’t be fooled by this perfect snap because parenthood can be far from that!
Parenthood is made up from various moments and sometimes those moments are pretty tough!
There are exhausting moments, frustrating moments, sad moments, disappointing moments but then there is that tiny moment of perfection that makes up for all the bad ones ❤️
We are so thankful for those small moments of perfection because when we will look back one day, we won’t dwell on all the tough moments of parenting but on that small moment of perfection that made up for everything and left us with a idyllic memory 😍

It’s Mother’s Day today in Thailand so it’s only right to reflect on the top 3 lessons I’ve learned from my mom:
1. It’s ok to dream, but without planning and execution, those dreams might not ever become a reality. It’s true that you can’t always get what you want, but to give yourself the best chance, you must have a roadmap of how you’re gonna get there. If all you do is desire success, but never research, plan, and put those desires into action, then all you have is the destination, but no idea of how to get there.
2. The answer’s always no unless you ask. Even if there’s only a small chance of getting a “yes,” there’s no downside to trying. The worse that can happen is they say “no” and you’re back in the same situation you were in before. Whether it’s asking a girl out or looking for job opportunities, it’s all a numbers game, and the more times you try only increases your chances of success.
3. Money isn’t everything, but everything requires money. Whether you wanna pursue an education, open up a business, travel the world, or buy a house for your family, it’s gonna require money. So even if you’re not where you wanna be, set those goals, have that vision, but be sure to always be adding money into your bank account because you’re definitely gonna need it to implement your plan and make those dreams into reality. #mothersday#mommasboy#ncculaw#lifelessons#wisewoman#love#bkk#thailand#lawyering#throwback#motivation

Someone turned 9 weeks old yesterday 😍 his little personality is starting to really shine! We love his smiles when he gives them and even his scowls 😂 he LOVES bath time and hates getting out // Now that I’m 9 weeks postpartum and c section and 8 weeks post second abdominal surgery I’m starting to work in some workouts. I did @kayla_itsines#bbg program prior to pregnancy. I didn’t know where to start with my postpartum fitness journey and was OVER the moon when I found Kayla had a c section as well and had created postpartum workout plan that included a beginning 4 week section for c section moms!! They are simple movements, foam rolling and mobility work to help restore. You have to be so careful with your abs post pregnancy and with having 2 abdominal surgeries and 2 incisions I’m trying to be extra careful with recovery! I’m excited to be back at it and doing these workouts and sharing that time with Linc makes it more fun 🥰 #9weeksold
