While looking for some amazing lights for this home, I couldn’t help but drool over all the amazing pieces I came across in my HUNT. Pieces that were gorgeous and on budget. There are so many amazing choices out there that are budget friendly. I always say, spend your money on the big-ticket items like cabinets or countertops as those pieces stay for a long time. But the accessories (like lights), can be changed up over time to give your space a refresher. For this home we wanted to achieve a minimalist look and I think this space turned out amazing.

Tuesday. Tarot. Reveal 🥁🌾☕️
Card 1: 9 of Pentacles
All you women, independent, throw your hands up in the air! Destiny’s child must have been inspired by this tarot card when they wrote that song. We make a big deal about love, relationships and family. But there is nothing as empowering as being your own woman. Independent, strong, capable to take care of yourself. If this is your card, time to celebrate your independence. You’ve worked hard for it, or may be in the process of gaining it. Keep moving, claim your power. It is really priceless.
Card 2: The Hermit
This card is my birth card. The number 9 card of the Major Arcana. Being a hermit from time to time keeps you in contact with the spiritual world and your intuition. It’s a card of wisdom and spiritual insight. You need to focus on your inner hermit this week. Take time to retreat. Especially since it’s full moon tonight you need to feed your soul with spiritual wisdom. Read that self help book you’ve been wanting to or listen to that inspirational podcast. Your spiritual antenna is very sensitive this week.
Card 3: 4 of Wands
Home is where the heart is. My heart goes out to all of you who are struggling with the hurt of coming from a broken home. A broken home more often than not can leave you with a broken heart and I have many clients who, even as fully grown adults, still hurt from their parent’s divorce. And many more who are hurting because of their own break up or divorce. If you are one of them, this card is a reminder that your only true and reliable home is in your heart. Make yourself comfortable in your physical home this week and be as sweet and kind to yourself as you would be to a sad child.
Monday is practically over. What did you accomplish?♟️Are you able to kick up your feet tonight with a sense of gratitude and satisfaction toward yourself?
If you're struggling to answer that question, fear not! There is still time to set your sights on tomorrow! 🌄 I want you to take the next few minutes to jot down 2-3 short-term goals- that you will absolutely CRUSH ONE WEEK FROM TODAY. AND!!! An action plan for each goal.
Goal: workout for 30 min or less every day this week
Action plan: Know your workout the night before. Lay out your workout clothes. Set alarm(s). DON'T HIT SNOOZE!!! (Exponentially easier said than done, I know.😫 Ha
Goal: level up your nutrition, unlock clean eating habits
Action plan: meal prep, prepare healthy snacks for work, refill your biggest H2O bottle x3 per day, drink your superfoods/shaekology, give yourself convenient options
Goal: Practice self-care and/or meditation for at least 10 minutes each day.
Action Plan: decide what self-care means for you, plan a time that works best for you (maybe early morning or late at night), turn off/remove all distractions, put all your effort into the idea to get the most out of it.
These goals should, again, be short-term oriented, meaning feasible to attain in a week's time. They can be anything you want! This is YOUR journey, so as long as you're making progress, you make your own rules. 👑 You don't have to impress anyone but yourself.
I wanna know what your short-term goals are for the next week! 💪 Drop a comment below or send me a DM! 😁 Lost and need help getting started? HELP ME HELP YOU. Let's support eachother!

I feel one of the key things in life is to stay connected to the universe, your soul, so you don't end up living someone else's life instead of following the path your soul came here to follow. I know that feeling of not doing what you feel you came here to do. I know it too well. It was torturing me for a long, long time, especially over the last 2 years. And I started taking the steps.. no matter whether they believe in me or not.
And who are those they I am talking about? Well, whoever's opinion matters to you. It could be your parents, your friends, your siblings or your spouse. But even if they don't believe in you, YET, or think the thing you feel you HAVE TO do is silly, not the best thing to focus on etc, show them that they were wrong... Start doing that something TODAY. Don't wait until the music stops playing... Sending my love and support to you wherever you are in the world,
I’ve always been pretty curious: always eager to meet new people, discover new places, learn new things. Ever since I was born. Constantly stepping outside of my comfort zone to see what the world had to offer.
Over the years, this curiosity has been rewarded in various ways. In some cases I’ve discovered true passions, fell in love with gorgeous places, and had wonderful experiences. In other cases, it did not click the same way and it’s perfectly OK. At least now I know ;) There are downsides at being curious though. First, it can be extremely draining. Second, width can come at the expense of depth, and so genuinely curious people face the risk of being knowledgeable about a ton of topics, though only superficial.
With time and experience, I got way better at it and feel extremely privileged to have found what I’m here for. Since then, even though there’s always some place for the ‘new’ and there might still be a couple of hiccups on the road every now and then, I’ve managed to focus most of my energy on the topics that not only resonated the most with me, but also where I was extremely good at and where I feel I could have the biggest impact.
Before pics are from when I first started my keto journey and the now pics are from right before I started carnivore. There’s a 60+ pound difference between the photos.
I encourage people to try new things! If I didn’t try keto I wouldn’t be here and finally feeling amazing in this body.
What haven’t you tried that you’ve been wanting to? What’s stopping you?
I’m finally going to jump and enter a physique competition 2020! The competition I want to enter hasn’t been approved yet so I’m still waiting to hear. Buuuut that doesn’t mean I can’t start prepping now! This is why I’ve been doing carnivore and working out every day!
I’m excited and totally scared but all I can do is try!
Happy Motivation Monday!! Whatever you do just try your best!
