A lovely Fall day ❤. I get to see this view everytime we head into the commercial kitchen to do some work, stiil not tired of seeing it.
Fall for me now means that the mornings and evenings are a bit cooler, we ditch a lot of the summer humidity, and we can start opening up the windows. So...a lot like a warm spring in MN, without all the rain. And since spring is my favorite season, looking forward to 6 months of this, woohoo!.
What's your favorite season?? I know many of you live for FALL! I admit, I do miss the changing colors of the leaves 🍁🍂🍁.

I have driven by this countless times on the way home from work without ever a second look. But this morning the isolated track between two large developments caught my eye.
Living in New York and California my morning commute was full of traffic, stoplights and road rage. Here I am the only person on the (dirt)road and "traffic" is the occasional mob of kangaroos, emus or lizards that happen to appear out of nowhere. AND this view! I'm the luckiest person on the planet.
One of my Favorote bloggers, Lisa @cookeatpaleo had this on her site this week. This is a great fall coffee treat to warm you up on those cold mornings!
Pumpkin Spice Coconut Creme Latte
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon local fall flower honey or maple syrup to taste
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 shots of espresso or extra strong coffee
Whisk together coconut milk, pumpkin, honey, and spice. Froth with cappuccino machine or heat gently on stovetop and whisk to froth.
Brew espresso or extra-strength coffee and pour into a mug.
Pour frothed coconut milk mixture into mug. Garnish with additional pumpkin pie spice.
For keto version substitute your favorite low carb sweetener to taste for the honey.
For vegan version use maple syrup instead of honey.
“In 1 John 5, John chose the word light not truth. And I think he chose the word light because it carries a positive connotation that the word truth may not always carry. For some readers the word truth may leave open the possibility that the truth of God is a dark truth — a foreboding truth, a truth that is not inviting. So John chooses the word light because it promises that the truth of God is a truth full of joy and hope.” •

Managed my run home before the heavens opened....🏃🏼♀️🙌🏻 ☔️ ❤️ There are runners who like to get out there early ⏰ and those who put it off till later...which are you? 🤔 .
I am definitely someone who likes to run in the morning. 🌅 It sets me up for the day ahead and puts me in a ‘glass half full’ mood. 👍🏻
This morning, I came off air at @thisisheart at 6:30am and immediately set off on my 7 miler home. .
There aren’t many weeks left of Summer, ☀️ the sunrise is already much later, closer to 6am and the weather is on the turn. So, whilst you can, don’t even make an excuse, just get up a little earlier, pop your trainers on and head out on an run first thing in the morning. You might find that you feel bad look healthier, as well as feeling set up for the day ahead, you might really enjoy that period of time on your own and I guarantee that you’ll feel better for it! 😊 .
Happy running! 😘 .

Anger isn’t something we should necessary hide or avoid. Like all emotions, it should be felt in order to maintain a healthy emotional balance. BUT there are things we can do to cope with anger better and in a more constructive, healthy way that fosters growth.
