Repent today before it's to late.
Come to God the Father through Jesus Christ.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
I ask for forgiveness for my sins.
I believe Jesus Christ is the son of God.
I believe that he died on the cross for my sins.
I believe that he was resurrected on the third day.
I believe that he is coming back to take me and judge the world.
Wash me by his blood and make me clean.
Fill me with the Holy Spirit.
Today I am saved and I am your Child.
Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior.
the devils chains has been broken and I am free.
Really really Great post by @jamessmithpt
Please read this !!! we’ve done this we’ve made this society and most including myself contribute to it this thing about Instagram and social Media are ruining people’s lives like ‘you have to have the smallest amount of fat or won’t look good ‘ which is fine if you wanna lose fat because I didn’t like myself for years and that’s okay
But I remember this became an obsession for me It harmed my life and my previous relationship it put a strain on my entire life i was so afraid of food that all I was having was meal replacement drinks and protein shakes and just running everywhere and essentially every living in a gym striving for something So unhealthy I remember if I even touch food id Kill myself over it felling my face to make sure it didn’t bloat or squeezing my stomach and back so hard they’d bruise because I was trying to convince myself I had a lot Fat to lose like i was only eating when I was bent over hungry and even then i only nibbled my body was so used to being hungry it realized it was never getting food so just numbed the hunger pain out And no matter what i did I wasn’t happy with my life and that’s why 😞😞 Look there’s nothing wrong with cutting back on food you have to if your trying to lose fat and that but don’t compare yourself to magazines are celebrities and that because it’s unrealistic they are edited to within an inch of there life ie. Best Lighting and angles you name it and professionals with them NO ONE LOOKS GOOD IN EVERY PHOTO no matter how fit or lean you are it’s just the way it is it dosent mean your ugly not one bit so to anyone who’s like this take it from me I’ve been there and it’s not worth it just have some chocolate or pizza if it’s killing you that bad don’t deprive yourself because it is not worth it
Remember Beauty is in the eye beholder NO ONE IS UGLY you don’t need ABS or good Bone structure like some celebrities or being ripped you need to understand what that will do to you but you always going to be perfect to someone You can’t cannot see yourself in other peoples BUT YOU ARE NOT UGLY ❤️❤️😊😊
"I've lived on earth, I've lived in seas
I've roamed the sky, and stood amongst trees
Yet you struggle to find your rhymes
To sing this vessele a lullby
Baby sing me, sing this ancient soul
Move this ephemeral body like a musical" - Doua Hreiche
One of the hardest things in life is to put yourself out there. To make yourself vulnerable. To give the deeper side of ourselves. Too often we are afraid of what Others will think or say. Scared to be rejected for the part of us that makes us who we truly are. That fear, that little voice that holds you back, isn’t other people. It’s you. You are creating that narrative and it’s not fair. Flip the story and ask “what if who I am is enough” and “what if the art and vision I have is something the world needs”. Live your life being the beautiful person that you are. Let the real you shine. In the end, who cares if some people don’t understand...help them to.

Behind the smile is a battle of the below but one I intend to win 💪🏼😉
What does success look like to you? Sometimes we are influenced / taught that success means getting that job, having a degree, having lots of money, buying a house bla bla bla
What about overcoming lack of confidence? A Disability? Dyslexia? A Stammer? Anxiety? Depression? Body dysmorphic disorders? Low self-esteem? When we help others? -
Success doesn’t have to be materialistic and can be personal. Success also doesn’t come easy to everyone. Some have to fight harder than others.
Never give up on your personal goals and remind yourself how successful you are, as you improve and overcome the challenges you face. You are on a journey to evolve. Be bold, be brave and fight for change.
Stay true to yourself. Believe in yourself and love who you are. -
Help yourself and you can help others ✌🏽
Leave a “YES” if you’re grateful for this too👇It’s tough to find lessons in tough times. It’s hard to see what you can learn from them. But this lesson has always held true. Bad times show you who truly cares and who’s truly there. Tupac once said “any friend that turns into an enemy has been hating since day one.” Bad times give everyone an opportunity to show their true colors. Make a note. Move on. Credit @jayshetty
There’s a very big difference between being a good person and being ‘nice’.
Between being a good and decent person and a person who allows others to treat them badly.
Kind, decent people with integrity have absolutely no problem AT ALL with being assertive and difficult when it counts and when it’s needed.
They have no problem standing up for what is right, what they want and their principles and values, even when that means offending or upsetting others.
Good people have principles, values and integrity. A code for how they conduct themselves and for how they go out into the world.
That code is the foundation stone of their identity and they follow it even (and especially) when it is hard.
‘Nice’ people will betray their values and their code, they will undermine their own integrity in order to appease or fit in.
The ‘foundation stone’ of their identity is how much people like them and so they will completely compromise themselves and bend themselves out of shape in order to comply with what others want.
Does this sound good, decent or kind to you?
Does this sounds like integrity?
Until you see assertiveness accurately (as simply integrity) and until you are comfortable being instinctively and reflexively assertive when the situation requires it, you are holding yourself back and blocking your confidence and success.
And consider, despite what most of the world thinks, how much of a good person you can really be by being ‘nice’?
Don’t answer straight away, just consider this.
And then today if you want to, shift your focus from being nice to being a good, decent person; calm, kind and respectful but clear on your values and your code and unafraid to be assertive and difficult when the situation requires it.
It’s the first step in living life on your terms.
