Photo 3 of 3,the final entry into my bnw portraits depicting smiles on people's faces. If u notice second last photo was the free and carefree smile, before the outbreak when life was as we had known all our lives. The last post though showed a smile, was tight-lipped and now this one shows our current reality. The smile has gone and hid behind the veil of the mask indefinitely.
I just thought I could show the gradual decline of joy on faces through this little series. Hope you like this one too.
The next entry into my series of bnw pictures depicting normal everyday, hardworking people carrying on with work making ends meet, still managing to smile and soldier on with hope and optimism even in today's dire situation . Such resolve really moves me, photographing these wonderful people feels like an honour. They have my heartfelt gratitude.
Children living on the street, who could otherwise cud hv had a bright future filled with joy, struggle everyday fighting all the hardships life has thrown at them. Their eyes though still show the innocence and hope of better days, we need to pause n notice and help them whatever little we can, whenever we can.
As a continuation of my bnw photo series, this particular one is very special to me. This is the first ever portrait I took while roaming around looking for things to shoot with my then new camera, this was more than 2 years ago. Finally found this on my computer, thought of sharing it with all of you. Hope you like it. Fond memories of how I approached her and this photo came to be 😊
